We arrived very early, around 7:00 am. Check-in before 14.00 did not happen. And no one, even with hints of gratitude. But, they put on bracelets, gave cards for towels, luggage was placed in a storage room. We changed clothes, had a quiet breakfast, and had lunch, sunbathed, swam and settled in at the appointed time without any problems. The hotel is clean, cleaned daily and change towels. There is always water in the minibar, but you can always take as much water as you like in the refrigerator near the bar and pool. The food is normal, there is always a large selection of meat: chicken, turkey, beef, and lamb. A day later, fish. Cheeses, delicious yogurt in the morning. Of the fruits were watermelon, melon, oranges, apples, plums, apricots. Ice cream, cakes. There was always enough for everyone. During peak hours, standing in line took from strength to 3 minutes. The bar only drinks, no snacks. Tables are cleared immediately.
The beach is 5 meters from the bar and dining area. The beach is wider than in all other hotels. Yes, the sand is not sifted))) but the rubbish is not lying around. There were enough places for everyone on the beach, but the very "wise" with their towels from 6 in the morning were very annoying. The music in the bar is not stressful, until 23.00 maximum. Then peace and quiet, we slept well, though the balcony was on the sea and the pool. In general, the impression of the hotel is excellent. There are no complaints about the transfer from TUI, we bought a tour from them - everything, in principle, is normal, but these mandatory points of the program - arrivals at textile centers, tastings, etc. with exorbitant prices and with a "20% discount" - charlatanism. It's not good for a company to humiliate itself like that.
