The Sun Princess Hotel was chosen because it was a hot tour, there was a discount on it, and, according to photos, the hotel was beautiful. In fact, the quality of this hotel is excellent, I can not recommend anyone to go there. The room was horrible, not cleaned, the toilet did not work, I asked for two days to be relocated, but we were not relocated. Then, with shouts, they moved. There are no repairs in the rooms, the air conditioning did not work, the rooms were cleaned as desired. No food, no salad, dill - please eat! Everything is the same. As for the territory, there was nothing good there, I didn't like anything. One pool, nothing more on the territory. Near the hotel there were shops and cafes. The guide came on the first or second day, offered excursions, we went, the quality was normal. The service is terrible, when I addressed the problem, no one wanted to do anything, and shouted at us and other tourists, stupid staff.
I do not advise anyone and I will never go there again, it's 100%.
