So! I'll probably write the most voluminous review about this hotel now))))Rested in this hotel from 20 to 27 July 2021. Arrived at Dalaman airport at 5:30, transfer to the hotel takes 2 hours. They brought us to the hotel from the plane a whole bus of Ukrainians, please note! the whole bus went exclusively to Orka from one plane! Immediately upon arrival, we were taken and fed modestly not in a common restaurant, but in an Italian one. It so happened, and the tour operator Aneks tour, which is located on Bereznyaki in Kyiv, did not warn that our vacation would coincide with the Turkish holiday Turban. All hotels were 100% full, as all the Turks had a week's rest and everyone had official days off. Almost everyone was settled, my daughter and I sat in the lobby until 3 o'clock in the afternoon, since initially they explained to us that they would leave our room at 11 o'clock, then they would clean it up and settle us. On the map of the hotel, they showed me one building in which our room was supposed to be, as a result, they settled in another building. It was unpleasant that all the Turks who stopped by while we were sitting in the lobby were immediately placed in rooms... there was no free room for us!
This hotel has rooms with a view of the wall! overlooking the garden and the sea))))) yes yes))) some buildings are placed so close to each other that the rooms overlook the other building on the corridor, it turns out on the wall. I paid extra here in Kyiv to a tour operator overlooking the garden. Well, it’s hard to call it a garden, it was the first floor and bushes grew in front of me, behind which there was an alley. They settled us at 15:00. The room is excellent, new, beautiful, bright and clean. Everything worked and nothing leaked anywhere. The only thing I thought the fridge did not cool at all. I called the master, he came, sat next to him for two minutes, corrected something and left, gave 50 hryvnias. But the situation with cooling in the refrigerator has not changed. I scored on it! In the fridge upon arrival there were 3 children's juices, 2 cans of beer, 2 sprites, 2 forfeits, 2 cola, 4 bottles of water. The water was replenished as much as possible))) below I will tell a separate story about this))The towels were wrapped in a bag and were on the shelf in the bathroom. I am attaching all the photos. On TV, if I'm not mistaken, there are 4 or 5 Ukrainian channels, which is good news, since in Egypt they only broadcast one, and this is 1 + 1. So the restaurant.
There is a lot of food in the restaurant, and indeed on the territory of the hotel, the food is varied and for every taste. There is a vegetarian menu, there is a children's menu. In general, I have never seen such an amount of food in hotels in principle))) but maybe it seemed to me, maybe something happened to my taste, the food seemed tasteless and spicy to me. The meat and fish on the grill was delicious. I can’t remember anything else))) Oh, yes, watermelons, melons were of medium sweetness, maybe they are also not in season yet. But nectarine and apricot are very, very tasty, juicy and sweet. Beach.

It is pebbly, there are small black bugs in the pebbles that unpleasantly pinch your legs, but if you stand and knead the pebbles with your feet on the shore, you will feel it))) In general, the sea was very warm and calm. The coast is gentle, without sharp transitions and just right for children. The beauty of course there is indescribable. The hotel is built in a very picturesque place, and it’s definitely worth going there at least for the Beauty of nature! ))) I didn’t like the sunbeds on the beach, they have a metal edging, if you sit on such a sunbed with your bare booty or seat a child, there may be a burn, you need to laytowel. Towels, I think a hotel of this category could afford to buy more worthy, those that give out small and blue towels have already worn out quite a bit (photo attached). Umbrellas are excellent, new, no complaints. There are changing rooms and showers on the beach. There is also a bar, where for some reason they don’t make mojitos and pinoclads))) upset, but oh well, if you really want to, you can run across the path to the pool bar. Pools and slides.
I didn’t swim in one pool, because in March I brought staphylococcus aureus from Egypt, from the pool in my ear !!! Therefore, think and decide for yourself whether or not to climb into this "public bath"))). But, of course, nothing stopped her daughter and she also swam at the main bar in the pool, it is deep and not for children at all, and in the nursery she was on Gorki, the slides are good without sharp transitions and with normal docking. There are a lot of children on Gorki, adults also ride) near the slides after dinner they give ice cream, the ice cream is very tasty, for the sake of it I went in that direction))))) they also give ice cream in a restaurant, the refrigerator is where the summer terrace is, where the children's area istables)) otherwise we did not immediately find it))) therefore they give a guideline))))Animation.
Ready to give a standing ovation here! Really bravo. A huge stage, a huge area for tables, high-quality sound, the show program is immediately obvious expensive and professional. In the evening, you will definitely not be bored, both as young people and as married couples. First there was children's animation, then a show program, then there was a DJ and a disco, and the disco was really cool. Children's animation is normal. Room cleaning. During our 7 days stay at the hotel, we were cleaned three times. The third time was after a complaint at the reception, as I was already tired of drying white towels and taking out the trash in the alley to the trash. As the seller from the jewelry store located on the territory of the hotel explained to me, they did not have time to recruit staff due to the quarantine and the rapid opening of the hotel after it. It is strange, of course, because there are plenty of staff in the restaurant, but there are no cleaners. From what pleased))
On the beach, we forgot the children's sundress on the sunbed and the children's circle under the sunbed. Remembered this the next day in the morning???? we came and found a sundress on the bar, the beach cleaners took it there, the circle remained under the sunbed, no one took it away. About photographers. I don’t recommend it, I asked to remove the shine from my face, they photoshopped the photos a lot. It is better to take a photo and process it here with our masters. Since the Turks charge $ 4 for a photo shoot, but zero sense. They also have such a trick))) they take pictures of children on Gorki, then they catch these children with their parents and sell the pictures))) they called the wrong country Israel)))Another such moment, since the hotel is located in the forest, birds sing in the trees during the day, but this cannot be called singing, since the sound they make is more like the sound of a sawmill))) but you pay attention to this only the first day then you get used to it))) at nightthese birds are sleeping))) you can't hear this sound on the beach. We did not go to a la carte restaurants, I can not say anything about them.

Summing up, I will say that it is definitely worth going to this hotel. The hotel is 100% loaded, but I can’t say that it is noticeable walking around the territory, except in the restaurant, but there is no shortage of free tables there, as the restaurant is huge! In general, all the staff are very polite and courteous, no one expects a dollar or a reward from you. Waiters run around in the restaurant and quickly and efficiently clean tables and deliver drinks. You don’t need to run to the bar yourself, which is very pleasing. The hotel lives up to its stars and its price. Definitely recommend this hotel.
