We arrived early in the morning, settled in the room without waiting for the check-in time. The contract spelled out the standard, but the girl Gulya decided to provide us with an improved room in another building, which she later reminded us of every single day. I don't understand why the previous reviews are so enthusiastic about this room. The bedroom is tiny, the size of a bed, another room is equipped with a kitchen, kitchen furniture, refrigerator, sofa, armchair, TV, table and 4 chairs. They brought us a folding bed and laid out a sofa, made 2 beds for our children, in the kitchen))) Air conditioning is only in the bedroom, which is so conveniently located that it blows directly on the bed, i. e. in the face and on the whole body. Feels like you're lying in a draft. Sleep is impossible. At night, you need to periodically turn it on and off, because it does not turn on at all.

The air temperature was 33 degrees (! ), just a minute! The children (in the kitchen) did not have air conditioning.

When they left the room, the electricity was cut down altogether, this is how the system works. Savings for the owner, not a very pleasant phenomenon for the guests. The shower cabin is so small, if we were a little fuller to go in and close the door it would not be realistic.

The food is monotonous. Of the fruits, only watermelons (tasty) and melons (inedible). The fish is terrible. I don't even want to remember the first dishes. I liked the chicken, arugula, yogurt and ayran. Fse! The kitchen is really like in a school canteen, and every day is the same. If you skip one of the meals, you won't lose anything. From alcohol it is worth taking only beer, do not even try the rest. Under quarantine conditions, it is very inconvenient not to get independent access to the buffet, Turkish boys do not understand either Russian or English, and also show some kind of savagery on their fingers.
But the main bonus of the hotel is that the attendants (cleaners) touch your personal belongings, and even take them out of the room! Arriving from the beach, I found my personal belongings in the closet without a bag, then I saw this bag (it was with the logo of the children's camp) near the reception on the cleaning lady's cart. When asked how he got here, everyone froze, fled, the Turkish cleaning lady looked at me with surprise and did not understand a word in Russian and English. We were also told that if we did not use the shampoo and shower gel, which we put in the room with a volume of 10 ml in the amount of 8 pieces (for four guests), we must return it. We presented empty vials.

Marmaris is beautiful with nature, sea, atmosphere, but not in the Prestige Garden Hotel 1 *. I will never come back here and do not recommend to anyone. I have never come across such arrogance.
