The rooms are normal, the bathroom is a little worse, more for 3 *, but everything worked, they cleaned every day, there was a wedding on the territory 1 time, music until 23.00 so it’s not stressful, on the contrary, we watched for an hour))
To the sea 500 meters, sunbeds were rented (you can buy something in a cafe, for example, coffee and they will give you a sunbed + WI-FI for the whole day). The sea and the promenade are gorgeous)
The food is normal, chicken, veal, fish was 3 times, constantly burgers and french fries (children love this)), yogurt, vegetables, fruits, sweets, a bar with alcohol.
I RECOMMEND this hotel for a budget holiday!

We got to Pineta on Fortuna 4 TUI, of course we hoped for the best... Were here in 2019, the hotel is quite normal for a budget 4 compared to some 4 where we were in the Kemer region, food is so accurate. It is better than other budgets, meat is always available (decent chicken in different versions, sometimes fish, there is a choice of sweets and fruits.

There are no problems with pouring alcohol (it works until 23-30). Green. Spacious territory, clean pools. Standard rooms, cleaning Of the minuses, of course, the lack of a private beach (5-7 minutes to the public one), and the beaches themselves cannot be compared with Icmeler. Due to the late cancellation of quarantine restrictions in Marmaris, there is no animation.
P. S. There are rumors of theft and attempted rape, thank God we did not encounter this 2 times. In general, spending a week for 400 bucks for 2 people in the second half of September (+36 during the day, water 25) is not bad (+10 in Kyiv).

After 100 dollars were stolen from us, it turned out that in 3 days this was the 17th theft. They steal not only money but also phones, cosmetics, it's ridiculous to say towels (personal). Money is strangely stolen even from safes. The reaction of the administrator - op, refusal to call the police, insults.

Money is strangely stolen even from safes. The reaction of the administrator - op, refusal to call the police, insults. There is no mention of any compensation. The staff is rude, with rare exceptions, the queues in the dining room are epic (it's okay, but stand for 20 minutes for a cup of coffee !!! ). You will not see drinking water after the bar closes - you have to buy it, lunch boxes, in principle, do not exist as a service. At night, they periodically go and pull the door handles, check who accidentally didn’t close, so it’s not safe for women alone in the hotel (there was a case - they climbed into the young lady’s room). There are no bracelets. If you are with children, then the playground is paid. Rest wonderful came out, do not say anything. I do not advise anyone, the hotel does not reach 3 stars, there is no question of 4. Ruin your holiday and waste your money. It looks beautiful in the photo, but in reality it is a viper, and a chance to be robbed.

If not for the theft situation, I would recommend this hotel. We rested with children for 13 days, bought a ticket for little money and, realizing this, we set ourselves up for a modest vacation. The quantity and variety of food exceeded our expectations, as for a threesome, they are fed like in an average four.

If not for the theft situation, I would recommend this hotel. We rested with children for 13 days, bought a ticket for little money and, realizing this, we set ourselves up for a modest vacation. The quantity and variety of food exceeded our expectations, as for a threesome, they are fed like in an average four. And a lot of greens and fruits, chicken, desserts, olives, cheeses, baked vegetables in different forms. Several times the chicken ended in front of us and there were baked hearts and a liver, this upset us, since both children cannot have a liver. In addition to their desserts, there were also peanut halva, waffles, sweet straws, and cookies. Delicious buns every morning. The food is not boring. And the whole family tolerated alcohol and food well)
There are three swimming pools on the territory for every taste, especially pleased with the 25-meter one, a beautiful green area with lawn grass in the courtyard of the hotel, a forest near the hotel, a chic coniferous smell. Close to the sea. There are no bracelets, so they are fed immediately upon arrival, even before check-in, and after checking out the room right up to departure. Wild boars live in the forest near one of the buildings, they come out in the dark with whole families, we went to feed them through the fence, a lot of fun. And now for the disadvantages. The rooms are old, like in Soviet sanatoriums, even in India a two-star room was better. The garbage was taken out, the bed was sometimes made up and that's it, the toilet bowl flowed, then the water was near it until departure. Bed and towels are clean but old. When checking in, instead of a switch, wires stuck out, then they did it on the first day. The queues at the dining room were huge for the first two days, and then the people left, in the hot season I think this is a huge problem. Tables to sit sometimes cleaned themselves. If you forgot something in the dining room, say goodbye.
There are no coolers on site. They give water only in cups, you have to stand in line, 2 cups in your hands. We raised a scandal, called a guide, they began to give us more water, and the rest continued in the same way. There are basketball and football fields on the territory, you need your own ball (The most horrific thing is theft from rooms, and from safes, in the early days, few have, and in the last, right every hour, someone, and the reception refuses to call the police and accuses everyone of We didn't even leave money in the safe, we carried it with us. They stole only an inflatable pillow and glasses from us, and then in the dining room. They stole hryvnias and rubles from people, they didn't disdain anything.
And the apogee of trash - on the day of departure, angry for theft, the child jokingly hid 4 souvenir 100 dollar bills under the TV, one of them was handwritten. We rented a room and an hour later people in their safes found our banknotes instead of real ones, four people came to make a fuss at the reception, and a small one passed by and recognized his banknotes, ran to the room, it was open, checked under the TV, but there were no banknotes. In an hour they managed to "cleanse" 4 rooms. We wrote a statement to the police, we just could not stay away. The worst thing is that the administration is not afraid of what is happening, and these were not only four cases that day, but more victims came, it’s just scary to watch. I would like to believe that by next season the situation will change.

The hotel is big, the area too. There are three great big pools. Not far from the sea, pine forest nearby. A huge disadvantage of the hotel is that there are few attendants and, in connection with this, incredible queues in the canteen, and I would not like to spend half of my vacation in line for a snack.

The food is normal, there is a choice, but if you take a little bit of everything, you should check in at 5! CHARLES!!! IN FIVE LINES!!! When the hotel is full, there is a problem of free sun loungers by the pool, but this is more of our Slavic mentality - to put a towel by the pool on a sun lounger just in case and hang on the sea all day. Killed in the trash rooms in the main building, in the second building all the GUD! In the main building, only rubbish was taken out of the cleaning during the week; ) There is no animation at all. And local weddings are held almost daily on the territory of the hotel, at first it was interesting, but then I got fed up with this local movement with national music until 12 at night, the sound from which is very well heard in the rooms overlooking the pools.

Got home today and thought I'd share my experience. Perhaps someone will come in handy. I'll start with the pros: - the city of Marmaris is simply gorgeous. It is worth seeing, being inspired and capturing; - clear transparent sea without waves (we were a little upset, compared with Alanya, where the waves are high and lush); - developed infrastructure (close to shops, Migros, McDonald's, etc.

Got home today and thought I'd share my experience. Perhaps someone will come in handy. I'll start with the pros:
- the city of Marmaris is simply gorgeous. It is worth seeing, being inspired and capturing;
- clear transparent sea without waves (we were a little upset, compared with Alanya, where the waves are high and lush);
- developed infrastructure (close to shops, Migros, McDonald's, etc. );
- There are 3 large swimming pools on site. This is its only attraction and plus.
That's all.
Minuses:
- the staff does not speak English or Russian at all;
- theft. Everyone can enter the hotel, there is no control, no security. You can easily knock on the door to open it. We carried phones, documents with us all the time in a bag, as we heard stories from other vacationers about how they were robbed, the police did nothing, they shrug at the reception;
- Weddings and other events are held on site. It's noisy here, it's doubly difficult for families with children;
- dining room - generally trash. We rested at the end of August. There are 5 food distribution points in the canteen (sweets, soups and meat, potatoes +, salads, drinks) and each of them has 150 people in line. We came half an hour before a meal, and an hour later and in the end, still a million hungry tourists waiting for a "piece of bread. " If you want a salad, then you won’t want to stand in line for meat for another hundred thousand. Find a free table - quest. They simply don't exist. It is necessary to stand over the soul of a person who managed to get food and sit down at the table earlier, and then take his place.
Many tourists who rested with us said that they had already been in this hotel for several years in a row, but this year it was definitely the last one. Apparently, after the fires there was some kind of failure and everything went by itself. No responsibility, no normal attitude, no security, no convenience. I am silent already for the lack of repair, Soviet furniture, unsanitary conditions (cleaning was carried out only once and then, anyhow). We are not picky tourists, we were in hotels and 3 stars, but we definitely won’t risk it here again.

The price tag at the hotel is budget and of course you should not expect SUPER conditions and seafood.
The sea is super, the city is beautiful. The territory of the hotel is large enough, the pools are clean. . .

All the reviews left for 2021 are completely true, the hotel draws on a weak 3, the rooms are crying for repairs, the air conditioner, if you can call it, worked like a floor fan, and this at an outside temperature of +43 °, driving warm air, a refrigerator is also the same name, the water barely became cool during the day, the hotel administration does not care about tourists, there is no attention from the administration and there is no solution to the problems of vacationers.

Wi-fi pulled very weakly, and then only at the bottom of the hall. Very often, vacationers lost money if they were not in a safe. I think these highlights are more than enough.
The only person who was worried about the vacationers was the guide Maria, an incomparable little man, who solved problems to the maximum. Here is a special thanks to her. In general, Marmaris is very beautiful, it's worth going here, but not to this hotel - that's for sure.

This is my first hotel review. So, first things first. . . We arrived at the hotel around 8:30 am. Check-in was quick, literally 15-20 minutes. And that's where all the pluses of the hotel ended. . . We got a room under the roof, like an attic. The lack of towels immediately caught my eye. Because The staff understands Russian at a fluent level, we had to explain our problem to three employees for two hours.

After the road and a sleepless night, it was another test. After our return from breakfast and communication with the hotel guide, we received towels and were able to relax.
NUTRITION
I will say this, we are not spoiled tourists. We were never hungry, but there was not much variety either. From meat, mostly chicken in various forms, chicken offal, a couple of times there was beef goulash (delicious), once a turkey. A lot of fast food, often of dubious appearance, taste, and quality. Local sausages and sausages, we do not eat this. There were two fish in a week. Once, not at all edible stew and on the last day fried like dorado and like mackerel. Garnish with rice, french fries, stewed potatoes, pasta. Lots of vegetables, both fresh and baked or stewed. Lots of greenery. For breakfast there were always eggs in different forms, pancakes (delicious). What we liked was the variety of cheeses and the constant availability of natural yoghurts, as well as yoghurts with herbs and spices. Well, this cannot be taken away from Turkey. Desserts are completely mediocre. There were fruits for every meal: watermelons, melons, oranges, apples and a couple of times plums. Here we ate watermelons.
The employees of the canteen (this place cannot be called a restaurant) tried their best. Portions were served from the heart and you could take a supplement if you were ready to stand in a huge queue for the second round.
There were lines both at the entrance to the dining room and at the distribution of food (the influence of the coronovirus affected). In order to take everything you want, you had to stand in FIVE(!!! ) queues. Sometimes it was fast, but in general, the collection of food took about half an hour, or even longer.
The biggest problem, in my opinion, was the lack of drinking water. Water could only be taken in bars in plastic cups. The quality was such that it seemed to have been scooped up from the pool... They took several glasses of mineral water for lunch and poured it into bottles. But only a couple of days. Water was bought in Migros, since the price was affordable.
We did not notice any biased attitude towards the Slavs.
ROOMS
There is a double-edged sword here. Tired, to put it mildly. We were lucky that the air conditioner worked properly all seven days. Some guests complained that they could not wait for three days for the master. And without air conditioning, and even in a room under the very roof, surviving was a real test. Removed from us in a week once and then at our request. And here again the quest called "Get yourself towels. " Coming from the sea, we did not find them. The maids, if you can call them that, shrug and say that the towels will be later. At the reception they answer - wait. And this problem was not only with us. There were people who waited for towels for three days from the moment of settlement. Only the requirement to call a senior manager sped up the process a bit. This time, for two of us, by some miracle, we got 11 (! ) Towels, which we took care of until the last day and did not ask to change them. Among the coveted towels were several brand new ones.
The power supply of the rooms is done in such a way that everything turns off when you take the key away from the room. Those. The fridge only worked when we were in the room.
The bathroom looked like a toilet at some station. The tank was constantly leaking, as was the liquid soap dispenser. The shower tray was too small with a battered curtain. There was always a big puddle on the floor after a shower.
On the last day, the mechanism for closing the balcony door broke. Good thing it was the last day.
TERRITORY
Relatively large and well maintained. There are three pools, but this year our holiday was under the motto "No pools". To be honest, I don't understand people who prefer chlorinated sea water. . . Go to the beach for 5-7 minutes at a leisurely pace. We are not fans of roasting in the sun, so sunbeds are not relevant for us. We went to the sea 3-4 times. Before and after breakfast, before and after dinner.
Will I return to this hotel? NEVER!! ! Well, except for very ridiculous money.
But Marmaris won my heart. And if possible, I will go there again. The city deserves to be loved. Beautiful promenade, interesting old streets. Lots of photo locations. And all this is within walking distance. But the most important advantage is still a clean and warm sea surrounded by mountains covered with pine forests.

They didn’t give bracelets (in principle, they don’t give them to anyone at all)... The hotel is dirty, stuffy, service is zero... Ok) we went to the dining room - it’s big, the queues are just as huge... you need to stand in different directions to take different dishes: (( Ok...
Then there were sun loungers by the pools)) someone wrote that there were enough of them! Ha, local! They come, put their things, towels, etc. on the sunbeds… and in 70% there is no one on them, but you won’t lie either!!!
The sea is close, but there is no beach. If you want a sunbed, buy something and then they will give you both a sunbed and Wi-Fi… the cost starts from $4 and goes up quietly… It all depends on the place, the quality of the sunbeds and the load on the beach…
We returned by 14:00 - had lunch, quite simply, not elegant, without pathos and a set of WOW WOW dishes. OK…
At 15:45 they started asking about our rooms!! ! And then it turned out that the local 200 people want to settle down with their children, etc. , and they pay more than Ukrainians, Russians, Belarusians...
There are no seats))))))
We waited until 17:00 - we heard that the rooms were being prepared for us, they were cleaning, but at the same time they calmly settled the Turks, but there were NO PLACES for us. At 18:20 we started arguing, we needed only 7 rooms in Ukrainian / Russian, but there was no way... they connected everyone - hotel guides, consuls, the host indicated in the voucher, the tour operator... And suddenly it turned out that there really were NO PLACES) )) only then - the boorish cattle in the face of the hotel manager and his boorish-daring doci Turks began to solve problems with finding other hotels for us...
We were relocated after 20:00 - compensation for a spoiled day of rest - we have not heard of such a thing))) But the scum, idiocy, indifference and stupidity - a complete set of qualities of this hotel...
The people who lived there said that the rooms are terrible, dirty, if the air conditioner works, then consider yourself HAPPY!! ! The toilet does not flush, the water flows... in short, MRAK
