Marmaris is a very beautiful city, with gorgeous nature. The water is turquoise and clear (but a bit chilly). The town is surrounded by mountains, which are all in firs. Very beautiful! The heat is not felt at all and is well tolerated, due to the light breeze. Choosing the city of Marmaris for a trip to rest - you will not regret it!
At the expense of the hotel you need to think....What is important to you:
If you are "spoiled" and have a rest in 5 premium class - this hotel is not for you.
If you are used to economy class holidays in 4-star hotels and below, you don’t pay much attention to the size of the room and its content, and you always walk outside the hotel, you will like everything in PASa Beach! Youth city, with nightlife on Bar Street.
This hotel has a lot of vacationers Turks (about 30 percent of the total), Russians and Ukrainians (about 30 percent) and 40 percent of foreigners.

The staff does not really speak Russian, they speak English and German. But they will understand you, there is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception.
Hotel pros:
The staff is friendly.
The hotel is located on the first line.
Pretty big pool.
The food is good all day long. Spirits brandy, whiskey, gin, amareto, liqueurs are all locally produced, quite high quality.
Minuses:
Russians are settled in the old building (block B), with small rooms and old furniture in them. "Sad" 5th floor with birdhouse rooms (in the room the ceiling is sloping, not very comfortable). Block B was built in 1995 and it is felt in everything….
Settlement in a new building (block A) for an additional fee of 10 euros per person per day.
The tour operator does not warn on the websites that it sells rooms only in the old building (as we were told, the tour operator does not have an agreement for resettlement in the new building). This is of course upsetting. It is better to immediately understand that you will live in the old building than to go with the hope of settling in a more comfortable room in block A with a sea view.
During the season, the hotel is just overcrowded. Dinner at 19-30. People take tables on the street from 19-00 and if you come for dinner when the restaurant is already open, then the tables are already occupied. You will have to wait at least 30-40 minutes.
The beach is not big, but it is all in Marmaris. Around 09-00 in the morning all the sunbeds on the beach and near the pool are occupied either by people or towels “we will come - this is our sunbed”. It is not realistic to find a place near the pool, there is a place on the beach a little closer to the body.
A small territory of the hotel (when there are a lot of people, sofas with soft pillows are almost always occupied by foreigners near the bar during the day).
Minus the tour operator for the poor organization of meeting tourists at the airport.

I was upset by the organization of a meeting at the Dalaman airport by the tour operator Tez tur. He is one of the most expensive tour operators in Ukraine - they could organize a meeting of tourists more quickly. All passengers from the plane rushed to the official Tez tur counter. Behind her is a man with a list - which contains vouchers and the bus number. BUT he has part of the list only. After standing by this young man for 15 minutes. He told you to those girls (and pointed to four girls in the form of a tour operator Tez tur). People have already stuck around each of them... Do not go through, do not drive to the girls....all with suitcases. And each representative of Tez tur also has only a PART of her list for a particular bus. For example, I had to run . . and only the third representative of Tez tur had us on the list. Was it really so difficult to make one queue to one official counter at the Tez tur airport, with one common list... People would come up and find out their bus number in one queue... and there would be no confusion.
The same goes for leaving the hotel. The list was torn into three parts and distributed to each representative of Tez tur. It is clear that tourists immediately surrounded the representatives...... You run to each bus and find out if you are on the list.
