The announcement indicated that the check-in was at 13.00, but they settled at about 14.00, and the other couple at all at 14.30, although there were many free rooms. Everything that is written in previous reviews, I can safely confirm. A hotel for those who want to walk/wander/drive a lot around the area. The hotel has its own beach, sun loungers with mattresses are free, but towels are not provided. The beach is disgustingly dirty, garbage can not be removed for 2-3 days. You have to clean the sand from the table and mattress yourself. But the beach is less than 1 minute walk. Sea: constantly something floats nearby (cups, straws for cocktails, cigarette butts, etc. ). In the morning the sea is clear and calm, but after they start to entertain tourists with banana rides, parachutes, etc. the sea turns muddy and the surface is covered with a film of fuel. Room: spacious, with a balcony, guests complained about creaky and shabby beds, faucets leak, everything is so to speak "since the time of communism", a TV-kinescope with a very small diagonal, one channel in Russian (serials and clairvoyants), a Belarusian channel, everything other channels in foreign languages. Cleaning was done every day, but bed linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days. Reading reviews for the past and current year, I understand that the service of this hotel does not change from year to year. Nutrition: meager, monotonous, from fruits and berries only Watermelon. Nearby there are supermarkets where you can buy the main thing - Water! and fruits (delicious nectarines and peaches), although you can’t bring anything to the beach and rooms (unless bought in this institution), we didn’t pay attention to this. Breakfast and dinner - not a buffet, but distribution as in the dining room! Breakfast: bread, butter, jam, honey, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese - one kind (similar to cheese, sort of like goat's milk), sausage one kind (like cardboard), if there is no sausage - the second kind of cheese (definitely not cheese ), olives, olives, a boiled egg, a cake (not every day or we didn’t have enough), everything is in a limited number, if you ask for a second egg, they won’t refuse, but look... “well, you are a glutton! ". In the morning coffee from the coffee machine, tea, juice (not freshly squeezed, but not UPI), water. For dinner All drinks are paid, even water. Dinner: always mashed soup, french fries, salad, the rest alternates: hot chicken schnitzel, chicken legs, minced meat sausages in spicy sauce, etc. , garnish: rice or pasta. Everything is hot without choosing just one kind. There is air conditioning in the room, but it is better to check the remote immediately. Free Wifi: one from the lobby, the second from the beach. Speed is rarely good. Rooms with different location, those that overlook the bars - loud music plays until 1-3 am. With children, it is better to ask for rooms on the quieter side, although with small children it is necessary to choose a different hotel altogether. The staff is also different, some are friendly, others are angry and rude. You can walk to Icmeler for an hour and a half along the footpath along the beach, and the minibus costs 3 lira (it is better to pay with lira). There are also minibuses that cost 3-3.5 lira in Marmaris.
Conclusion: the hotel is only for overnight stays and for lovers of excursions. level - 3 stars with a minus (although there is nothing to compare with, for the first time in a hotel below 4, it may be worse)

Very old, shabby hotel. There are always friendly young guys at the reception, they do not know Russian, but if you wish, you can explain yourself. Bar street nearby, very noisy at night. the hotel has an elevator, but it's very old, I've seen this for the first time. The room is clean, there is a balcony, a TV, 2 beds, a wardrobe, but everything is very primitive and old, there are no soap accessories, I took my own, an adapter is needed for an outlet. … More ▾ Very old, shabby hotel. Air conditioning is free, but it worked very poorly, almost did not cool. Breakfast and dinner a la carte, always a queue. This is very stressful. For breakfast they give one boiled egg, a couple of pieces of cheese, sausage, olives, herbs, chopped cucumbers and tomatoes, the portions are very modest. Bread, tea, UPI juice from the machine, water from the cooler. To ask for supplements one has to go again and give reluctantly. For dinner, soup, french fries, rice, one meat dish - fried chicken legs or wings, or soy cutlets, stewed vegetables are added. And you have to stand in two queues, well, it’s not very convenient. There are no drinks for dinner, not even water, everything in the bar is paid. The beach is nearby, its own, with free sunbeds and mattresses, the sea is clean until lunch. You can’t go to the beach with your drinks, beach boys run from the hotel and offer drinks from the bar (for a fee). The Internet is weak at the reception, and gets to the floor of the beach. A hotel for very unpretentious tourists, and only to spend the night.

DECENT RUSSIAN FEW, AND ALL THE WOMEN WHO COME THERE TO EARN, THE HOTEL DOESN'T CARE, THEREFORE THEY GO THERE 5 AND 6 TIMES. THEY ALL LIKE IT. NO SERVICE, DIRT, THE BEACH IS ENTIRE IN BUGS AND OTHER GARBAGE. WI FI FOR RUSSIAN IS NOT INCLUDED, ONLY FOR THE ENGLISH. THE ROOM IS CLEANED EVERY DAY, BUT BUG. WE WAS SUFFERED THERE FOR 10 DAYS AND MOVED TO ANOTHER. FINALLY, WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SUPPLIED TO THE POLICE WITH A SMALL CHILD AND A PENSIONER. THEY WERE ACCUSED OF ATTACKING AN ENGLISH WOMAN WHO WAS VERY IRRITATED BY MY SON AND THEREFORE SHE SCREAMED ABUSES TO OUR ADDRESS. AS A RESULT, IT LAUGHED ON ME AND STARTED CHOKING, THE CHILD KNOCKED ON HANDS. THIS IS ALL THE WORKERS OF THE DINING ROOM, THE SON OF THE OWNER, SEEN, BUT THEY DIDN'T LIFT A FINGER. THE RECEPTION PULLED IT AWAY, THE MANAGER THREATTENED US WITH THE POLICE, IN A LONG HASS, AND THE GUIDE SENT US AWAY, THEN WITH GREAT DIFFICULT TRANSPORTED TO ANOTHER HOTEL. THERE WE SUCCESSFULLY LIVED 4 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE. MORE IN MARMARIS WITHOUT A FEET. ALTHOUGH THERE VERY LIKE THE SEA AND THE MOUNTAINS. PEACE OF MORE.

SEA: before lunch - the purest transparent water, small fish go in schools, small catfish crawl along the bottom, once they saw a lizard. After lunch, the water is more turbid, as the sand rises from the bottom due to the large number of people splashing in the sea and yachts passing by. The water is cool, it doesn’t get too warm even after lunch in 30-40 degree heat, but at this air temperature it’s just right. … More ▾ SEA: before lunch - the purest transparent water, small fish go in schools, small catfish crawl along the bottom, once they saw a lizard. The water is cool, it doesn’t get too warm even after lunch in 30-40 degree heat, but at this air temperature it’s just right. After seven in the evening, you can’t swim in the sea, as the guide said - it can be unsafe due to sea urchins.
In terms of the sea, one of the best hotels on the waterfront.

BEACH: sand, and a little gleaming, very few pebbles. Sunbeds are free. There are also hammocks.
Attention, confirmed by Intourist guide! ! ! - sun beds - pillows on the beach are considered paid, as payment you order something from the menu: a drink (juice - 5 lire, water, beer, cola, etc. ), or food (ice cream 4-5 balls in a glass bowl - 6 lira, pizza - 12-13 lira).
As for the first line of sun loungers, it is worth clarifying this point with the guide, since the beach workers explain that the situation is the same with the first line of sunbeds, as well as with cushion beds, while this information is not in the description of the hotel on the website, and therefore, it may misunderstandings with staff.

FOOD (important for families with children):
Breakfast: daily - cheese, sausage, olives and black olives, chopped tomatoes and cucumbers, fresh white bread, honey, butter, two types of jam, milk, tea, coffee, and of course WATERMELONS! ! !
Dinner: (according to vouchers, which must first be taken at the reception, stating the room number and indicating the number of people who will have dinner) The voucher must be given to the cook, who sets the food himself (soup, rice, pasta, fish; instead of fish, there can be meatballs, fried or chicken stew, instead of rice there can be couscous, instead of pasta - potatoes).
You can pick up salads, baked eggplant and watermelon on your own.
In total there were about 5-6 trays with different salads.
We bought food and drinks at the Tansas supermarket (Tansas) (from the hotel you need to walk to the bus stop, cross the road, turn left and go until you see a large Tansas sign, there are prices below which we have not seen in Marmaris, including below than in the Point Center (aka Mega), for example, cherries are about 8 liras per kg, nectarines and peaches are about 3, instant Turkish coffee - 0.35 liras, water 1.5 liters - 0.99 liras, organic pomegranate juice - 7 liras, nectars and juices more low quality about 2-3 lira, ayran - 0.55 lira, processed cheese about 350 gr - 3-4 lira.
ROOM: we were very lucky with the room, because it was with a sea view. There are also rooms with windows on neighboring hotels. Plumbing worked for us, hair dryer and TV worked. There is no fridge or safe in the room. So everything is normal. Towels were changed every other day, bedding - once in 10 days, the carpet was not vacuumed.
The air conditioner works fine, the main thing is not to confuse the program on the remote control.
ATMOSPHERE: I think that with the shift that worked at the hotel during our stay there, we were lucky, we had no problems with the staff, special thanks to Murat. The staff is adequate and friendly.

along the embankment you can walk to the fortress, inside the fortress there is a museum that is open until 17:00, a ticket costs 3 lira, from the towers of the fortress the city is visible at a glance. Near the fortress - covered shopping arcades.

Traveled with a friend in September 2010. We pre-booked a hotel with a sea view + a bankon....they immediately broke it off, settled in a room overlooking the kitchen....A couple of days later they moved to a room with a sea view, because they were reminded several times of their flaw. The most pleasant thing was - on the first day everyone issued a room, and then they say that the air conditioner is paid...... it was a shock)))))))) for 10 days we spent 40 bucks for the air conditioner)))) ))
The sea is dirty, in Icmeler it is cleaner......... and more beautiful......
As for food, we booked a hotel with breakfast....coffee-slop...... You can have a bite in the morning with something....and order at a restaurant (if you find waiters)....usually the morning looked like this : 9 am and there are no waiters yet.......draw conclusions... People were unhappy. Most of them are British... few Russians... But there are many cafes and shops around, so you won’t die without food
Regarding cleaning, the cleaners are smart, they always cleaned, changed bed linen.....
The second time in this hotel - not a foot....but it's worth visiting Marmaris (for party-goers), and who loves a quiet, moderate rest, I recommend Icmeler

Just got back from Palm Beach. The hotel is good. Rooms are large, plumbing works. Very clean, cleaned every day without a tip, towels are changed too. Food at the level, normal for three stars. Food at the level, normal for three stars. There will be little meat for an adult man, but we (2 girls) ate and were never hungry. The staff is very pleasant and polite. There are, of course, a couple of jerks, including cheap beach playboy Steps, but this is Turkey, there are jerks everywhere. The rest of the waiter boys are very pleasant, smiling all the time and wishing you "bon appetit" in Russian. The beach is also good, there are always places. By the way, the hotel is located on the 1st lane, right on the beach, which is also a plus.
Because the hotel works only on the "HB" system, there are no drunks and the dominance of youth parties in the evenings, which contributes to a relaxing holiday. Highly recommend this hotel.

rest in this hotel is reminiscent of the "stay alive" program, because the food is not the word sucks, but generally complete pipets, especially breakfast: some boiled eggs, watermelons and tomatoes, but not always fresh, and yupi, from which the stomach hurts. Once I even got a rotten lemon! Do not go to the Maliby Beach Hotel either, everything is poisoned there too (checked from my own experience)! The buffet at the hotel - the cook with a disgruntled mug puts only one spoonful of potatoes and 3 meager meatballs, and still thinks it's not a lot! In general, their boss is very greedy! And the hotel has no animation at all, only a scary robot and jackson are invited to it, so in the evening there are only staff and a boss in the hotel. In general, the hotel will go for young people, only it is far from Bar Street. And do not buy excursions from a tour operator, go to Pasha (around the corner). And Marmaris is a great city, even somewhat reminiscent of Europe.

There is WI-FI free, the question is how to get the code to it. The staff does not share this information. I got it in exchange for a bottle of vodka from a friendly Palestinian. Keep it, use it if they don't change it: 9447575681. There are no refrigerators in the restaurant, salads and vegetables are prepared in the evening, so the food has a characteristic sour taste. Dinner is distributed by the cook with such an expression on his face that all desire to try these delicacies disappears: barley + pasta + 3 meatballs. Who makes this menu and why they prepare this muck is not clear. Most guests eat outside after the second dinner. The staff was especially pleased. For the first time in my life, I encountered a request from waiters to bring them food to eat, because they are not fed??!! ! Fighting each other for food!! ! Service is missing. Unsanitary conditions, Dirty dishes. The staff is hostile. Guests are allowed into the room only for money. Sun loungers on the beach can be used by guests from other hotels for a fee. Do not be surprised that when you want to find a free healer, they will all be sold or reserved. If you are lucky enough to get to this place, stock up on optimism, there are worse hotels in Marmaris. Take ear plugs with you - to sleep, a kettle - to drink tea and coffee, spirits - to drink, sausage - to eat. The prices at the resort are overpriced for everything. Check money when exchanging currency, they are cheating. In stores, if there are a lot of purchases, they can break through someone else's check in your check. Very reminiscent of Sochi in the dashing 90s. Have a nice rest! Good luck! I am attaching photos.
