We rested in Mehtab family 3 with my daughter from 01.06. 17 to 09.06. 17. when we looked at photos and reviews on the Internet, the opinion about the hotel was more or less good, because little things, like stains and peeling walls, do not scare us, only when we arrived at the hotel the whole truth came out. On the Internet, on the website of Mehtar Family, photos of Mehtar Beach 4 were posted! instead of a three, we saw pictures of a four! and this is not a hotel by the sea at all, but is located 5 minutes from the sea. Settled quickly, but the rest were much less fortunate. The room has old furniture, the refrigerator did not work and at the reception they explained that only 30% of refrigerators work in the hotel. To the beach 5 minutes walk, walk past the nice little shops.....There is NO beach at the hotel, and therefore you can be on any of the beaches you like, but it is a prerequisite to purchase drinks or food at the bar to which this site belongs, then you don’t have to pay for sun loungers! The sea is clean, but always cool due to underground springs! The dining room is a separate, scary story! There were not enough elementary forks and spoons and sometimes a queue formed behind them !! ! The most unpleasant thing was that, judging by the appearance, the dishes were not washed, but rinsed, cups, plates, etc. were dirty and there were used cups and glasses in the bar, because they were sorely lacking, they just rinsed under the tap without any detergents. . . we had to douse them with boiling water.... It's frustrating and the staff doesn't respond at all! Food.... from salads 4 trays of herbs and one cucumber-tomatoes, which scattered in minutes.....and, what are nuggets worth, but not from meat, but from dough fried in breadcrumbs. This is the first time we've seen this! Fruit.... for 8 days they gave watermelons 3 times, but Norma 2 pieces of finely chopped watermelon !! ! Therefore, we bought fruit ourselves at the market! As it turned out, the owner of the hotel is well aware of the problems in the hotel, but his policy is such that people go and go and will go no matter what, because of the low price and he does not intend to improve anything! We won't be going there again and won't recommend it to anyone! I would give this hotel a -2 rating!
