I was in this hotel from 16.06-30.06, I will never go there again and I will not advise anyone. I'll try to be brief. I'll start with the restaurants where there are no Russian-speaking staff and in general our people are brazenly ignored, when you come up they stupidly turn away from you, not only ours, but also foreigners cannot understand their English. My sister bought a standard room with a sea view, and they gave a bungalow with shabby furniture without windows, and a view of a stone wall through the glass door, after a long scandal, they gave a standard room for two, when they said that there were three of them, they hardly pushed in more one bed (number 18 meters) was cramped, but better than that bungalow... there was only one excuse - all questions for Turtess, they supposedly booked like that. Regarding Turtess, it’s a separate story, it’s better not to mess with these at all! There are a lot of tourists in the hotel, if you go out to the sea or to the pool at 8:00, then the sunbeds are already occupied, for all the problems they said that they don’t understand you at all and start speaking Turkish. The food is monotonous, for breakfast, except for eggs and their red sausages, there is nothing... imagine two weeks of breakfast with eggs alone. Meat is given for dinner, and only those who have time to grab it... those who dine later do not even realize that there is meat in the restaurant. The dishes are cleaned from the tables exclusively from foreigners, from ours only after leaving the restaurant. For cleaning the room, leave at least 1 ye at least 5 anyway, you will only make the bed and change the towels (this is the maximum).
Now about the good. The pool is always clean, the area is clean and very beautiful, everything is buried in greenery and flowers. The sea is clean.... Here I sit and think what else is good, but I can’t add anything... ). Many may think that I have big requests, but this is not so. By simply paying for two weeks (me and a 5 year old child) 3.500ye I demand normal conditions and attention of the staff when I have problems or questions, this is not here. But if you don’t need any of this, but you just need the sun, a sea with a rocky bottom, and you agree to lie on a concrete platform on your towel and sunbathe, plus you are on a strict diet, then this is the place for you.
