We arrived at the hotel around three o'clock in the afternoon and were immediately accommodated. I didn't like the service and the people who were there. I had to constantly clarify and ask for something. Either they didn’t give towels, or they forgot the bedspread, or the air conditioning didn’t work.
The food could have been better, especially the lunch selection. Although there was food for allergy sufferers and dietary dishes. The sea is clean, but the water is cool. Ice cream can be eaten from 11 to 18.
We liked the shows on the beach and in the amphitheater. On the beach and pier it is better to take a seat early in the morning or negotiate with the employees so that they can book for money. Several swimming pools, including a thermal one. There are, as always, a lot of Europeans at the pool.
The hotel offers expensive bicycle rentals, air hockey, billiards and various entertainment for children.

One of the negative aspects of our holiday was related to the operator's guide, who was untimely and did not show professionalism. We took excursions from the local agency Insu, if you don’t want to look for an agency.

There are a lot of Russians, locals and Europeans in the hotel, not all of them are friendly and sincere! There are little things that need tweaking: a little repair needed here and there!
We wish the hotel to remove its shortcomings!
