Rested at the hotel in August 2018. The first thing that catches your eye is the outdated hotel building, which is lined with cheap plastic. The hotel was built in the 1980s, and the last renovation took place in the late 1990s. Inside, the interior is somewhat new, but also outdated. There are stairs and 2 elevators. He got the number 412 on the 4th floor. Renovation of the room somewhere in the early 2000s. Room with a double bed. Very small. Somewhere 10 square meters. m. There is a balcony, air conditioning, refrigerator, shower / bath, hairdryer, washbasin, wardrobe, sockets and TV. Everything is working fine. Only Wi-Fi, which is free, do not catch in the room, and catch normally only on the balcony, well, or in a restaurant, reception and on the beach. There is no safe in the room. The room is cleaned on the level: fresh bed linen, towels and toiletries.
From the building to the sea 30 meters. The sea at the hotel is shallow, calm and without waves, as in all of Marmaris. You can also swim to the depths, as there are buoys for insurance 100 meters from the beach in the sea.
The sea is not super clean: there are wet wipes, cigarette butts, oil stains from ships (the port in Marmaris is not small, and the city is in a large bay with "standing" water). The water temperature was around 25-27 degrees, and the air during the day was more than 35. However, after sunset, a fairly cool wind blows from the sea.

Beach 40 meters wide and 10 meters deep. Small pebbles. The sun loungers are compact. The best seats are taken in the morning. It is nice to relax on the beach and swim. Around the low mountains, and the open sea is on the horizon a small strip between two mountains.
The hotel has a freshwater pool that is slightly colder than the sea. Also surrounded by sun loungers. Near the bar.
The restaurant in the hotel is compact. There are places both inside the building and on the terrace. I really liked the food not so much for its variety as for its quality. There are always first courses, side dishes, meat, fish, pizza, vegetables, fruits, sweets.
Breakfast is served, including halva and lukum, which is sometimes saved on inexpensive 5-star hotels. Drinks included in olinkluzy are water, tea, coffee, cola, jupi-type juices. There are free coffee makers with coffee, cappuccino and hot chocolate. Alcohol is also offered. But not eating, because non-food ?? ? ? .
The hotel staff is friendly but unobtrusive. Generally understands Russian and English. "Our" employee Nadiya works at the reception.
There is no animation, gym, sauna in this hotel.

I recommend this hotel to people who want for relatively little money to get normal service, living conditions, good food and quick access to the sea.
P. S. The hotel would like to have its exterior and interior renovated. But in this case, the price for a hotel stay will increase significantly.
