When the manager called about the successful purchase, everything was great, she told about the hotel and its criteria. Tour operator tour "Kompas". 20.08, 2021 we saw the vouchers. The flight was so-so, because we were sitting across the aisle. When we arrived in Marmaris, escorting in the bus, confronted with the fact that the hotel no longer exists and it does not receive guests. They said all the questions ask the guide and travel agent (it was 21.08, 2021 at 11:00). We were accommodated in another hotel that did not meet the criteria, it was Pineta club deluxe (the price was 15000-16000 UAH). During the settlement we were not even wearing bracelets, we were accommodated in a wonderful room from the 90s. Guide Maria came to the hotel at 4.30 pm and did not pay attention to our complaints, saying that she was nobody here and could not solve anything. Due to many welding with a tour operator, travel agent and guide, a compromise was made to move to another hotel with a surcharge of $ 100.
That we did, but we settled in another hotel at about 20:00.
Conclusion: one spoiled day where we just argued and could not even properly "sit down" and relax, minus $ 100. minus 2000 UAH for communication with a travel agent through roaming, and a trip to a non-existent hotel
