Let's start with the fact that tour operators, due to their ignorance or due to the fact that the management or staff of the CASA BLANKA BEACH HOTEL did not indicate that the hotel is positioned as a hotel for honeymooners, so the hotel does not provide accommodation for 3 people in one room, since the rooms are small and it is very difficult to arrange even somehow a “euro-folding bed”. When three people settled, we were given a small room with a double bed and a cot, which was closely attached to the bed and to the balcony door, so much so that it was not possible to go out to the balcony unless this cot was moved away. The folding bed looked like an old Soviet springy bed, the mattress was full of bumps. It's impossible to even sit on it.
At the reception (where they speak English at the 5th grade level) they shrugged their shoulders and were surprised how we don’t want to spend the night on such a folding bed and asked “what is it that is uncomfortable? ". The guide of another travel agency translated to us from Turkish and "English". Then the hotel manager was included in the conversation, who suggested that we settle in another CLUB MUNAMAR BEACH RESORT hotel of a lower class (4 stars, although it is 3 stars in appearance and service) on the 2nd line of their network, where there are rooms with 3 full beds . But when the owner of the hotel or the manager came to eat, all the waiters immediately began to stir and put on gloves and began to come up themselves, pour water, offer drinks. The only adequate staff in the restaurant were 2 boys and a girl in blue t-shirts (junior staff) serving food. I also want to note that there was one obsessive character (most likely a cook or a cook's assistant who often volunteered to serve food), who climbed to get acquainted, pestered with questions and pretended to serve food. He puts one macaroni or one olive and looks at you with a grin and asks “Enough? ”, or you say that you don’t want this dish, and he “Why don’t you want it? ".

2 days before check-out from the CLUB MUNAMAR BEACH RESORT hotel, we approached the reception with a question about extending the room for a few hours on the last day. We were told that the price for extending our room from 12.00 to 17.00.

Teach them not to show their dissatisfaction with our presence! ! We paid money for the service of a 5* star hotel, and this is just the worst 3*!!!
