We drove from Dalaman for 1.5 hours, arrived at the hotel at 8 in the morning, filled out the documents, said the room was being prepared and would be settled closer to 11, but at 11 they already said that they would be settled by 14. They offered to settle for $ 300, of course we refused and continued to wait. They settled in at 12.
The room was in the main building on the top floor with a beautiful view of the sea. The bed is small, the room is not very clean, there were no slippers, the air conditioner did not work well, it was at 18 degrees and did not cool anything, so the room was constantly hot, only the door opened to the balcony saved.
The territory is small, but everything is beautiful and well maintained. The pool is clean, deep, but there are very few sunbeds, as on the beach. Many occupied sunbeds and just left, some occupied sunbeds both on the sea and near the pool. It was terribly annoying.
The Internet worked only in the lobby, it did not catch in the room, as well as near the pool, closer to the main building.
Food in general is so-so, there was little choice, the breakfasts are the same. The vegetables were often not very good in appearance or taste. But we ate and weren't hungry. In the pastry shop for lunch and dinner, they took cakes and tea, very tasty, but not all. Dishes were often dirty.
Service is normal.
The a la carte restaurant was closed during quarantine, so they never got there.
The hotel itself is located in a good location, a long embankment runs from it in two directions, everything is beautiful. We rented a bike (for 1 hour = $1), we liked it, but they don’t follow the traffic rules there at all, you have to be careful.
We went on an excursion on the yacht Troy to the Aegean islands, we liked it very much, the beauty is unreal. But there were strong waves, seasick, it spoiled the stay on the yacht a little, but in general I still liked it. (I'll attach a photo)
As many have written, the hotel does not deserve 5 *, here and 4 * with a stretch. Perhaps for the money you can find something better.
We arrived at the hotel around 22:00. We were seated within 20 minutes. The room is quite normal. The room partly sees the sea, partly the private sector, where orange trees grow and chickens run.
The food suited us. However, some of the dishes were very spicy. But in a couple of days we adapted what to take and what not. For breakfast, mostly boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages and cheeses, or milk porridge. For lunch and dinner there were always several types of meat dishes: chops, goulash, meatballs. A couple of days there was fried fish. There was always soup. Lots of greens and salads. Oranges and apples were not always enough for everyone. There were also snacks during the day: burgers with fries and biscuits with coffee.
The staff is friendly. But no one speaks Russian. I had to speak in broken English.
Or use a translator where you caught Wi-Fi. Room cleaning every day. Gels, shampoos, soaps, clean towels were always available.
Wi-Fi caught only in the lobby and that is very bad. There were always a lot of people there. There are several connection points, but they all work equally badly.
The sea is very close literally 20 meters from the hotel. This is a big plus. Of the minuses, the beach itself with shabby sun loungers and broken umbrellas. Local cats climb on sun loungers. The sun loungers around the pool are much better. The beach itself is a mixture of some small stones. Standing without shoes is uncomfortable and even dangerous. There was broken glass on the beach. Neighboring beaches look better. In the morning all the sunbeds are occupied, so we went to the neighboring beaches.
The entrance to the sea is gentle, but under the feet there are large stones covered with silt. It is better to go in corrals. There is a pontoon. But there is also not much depth and, again, stones.
It takes about 7-10 minutes to get to the city center by minibus. Price 4.
75 lira per person. You can also walk to the center along the embankment, a distance of about 3? x kilometers.
The nature around is very beautiful: sea and mountains.
For some reason, on Ukrainian websites, the hotel is positioned as 5 stars. Because of this, the price, it seems to me, is too high. Although on google maps it shows 4 stars, which I think is true.
In general, the impressions from the hotel were positive. The only downside is the beach. If the hotel takes care of its beach, then everything will be fine.
Yes, the air conditioner is a little old, but we didn’t use it - our room was shady, so the room was pleasantly cool, but it didn’t freeze at night.
The food is excellent - for all tastes. There were no unrealistic queues - well, sometimes there were a couple of people - but the staff was efficient, they handed out quickly. And no one limits, does not forbid you to come up for another portion of cucumbers or cutlets.
The staff is excellent - smiling, helpful, polite. Communication in a mixed English-Russian-Turkish manual language))) but everyone understood each other.
Basically, everyone is with children - so that children quickly find friends for themselves and there is an opportunity for parents to relax. When we were, no one listened to music until one in the morning. The main part of the vacationers already at 10-11 dispersed according to their numbers.
Withdrew balls only for the beach. The entrance to the sea is bad - a lot of stones of different calibers, silt on the stones. There is nothing to do without corals. Crabs crawled in shallow water twice. And at the bottom (at the beginning of the beach) there are a lot of discarded skins from some nasty fish (a long one that looks like a worm). So for the last 3 days I only went into the sea up to my ankles - I did not dare further.
And so, everything else is fine - the vacation was a success, everyone returned with good impressions !! ! Thank you Luna for their work and our vacation!
The voucher states that we are husband and wife, the beds are separate and narrow for children.
There are also some sheds, from which it pulls with manure.
There is no wifi.
Almost everyone was settled with chicken coops, trash and the hotel was empty, we were the first to arrive.
The conder is non-working (dismantled), there is a dubak in the room and only one sheet. In order not to crumble, they even twisted it with self-tapping screws.
Colored and white in the water, then garbage, gloves, bottles, bags, etc.
But here, some vacationers are very happy, because. the sea is close here. The sea, by the way, the fire, could have come to terms if it weren’t for chickens with manure by the window. Food is normal if you eat and drink not much)
The staff is friendly and willing to help if needed.
The nature is beautiful, the sky is blue.
Minuses:
1. The hotel is arranged in such a way that the rooms with sea views in two buildings "have at the foot" bars (one by the pool, the other by the beach), where acid club music screams from 10 am to 10 pm. Even if you close the balcony, turn on the TV and air conditioning - you can hear it. Vacationers creep from 1 o'clock in the morning.
2. Beach. The hotel is for 148 people, and on the beach there are 53 sun loungers with umbrellas. To take it, you need to get up at 5-6 am (and you fell asleep by 1 am). Otherwise, neighboring paid beaches are waiting for you. The beach itself is small-pebbly, but the first 3 meters of the entrance to the water is made of large cobblestones, rolling under your feet. Take corals with you, otherwise there will be injuries.
3. Dining room. You can't call it a restaurant. Always available french fries, chicken nuggets or dry chicken, fish was 3 times, stew with vegetables in overcooked tomato occasionally, pasta. For 10 days, there was a watermelon 2 times, 3 days they gave a melon, the last 3 days - an apple and grapes in one hand. Baking is a white or black biscuit soaked in sugar syrup, bagels in sugar syrup are very strong for a couple of days. The staff gives out food in portions, one cucumber, one tomato, one piece of chicken, there was no sweet pepper at all, like other fruits.
4. There is no animation, there is nowhere for young people and children to entertain themselves in the hotel.
Meals - 4 plus. Everything is in abundance. Fed 5 times - breakfast, lunch, dinner plus at 15.00 hamburgers with french fries. At 17.00 tea with cakes. And then there's the night soup. There was everything - fish, meat, and even seafood. Every Friday special dishes for dinner. And the show is a Turkish night. You definitely won't be hungry. But don't expect lobsters and crabs. For fish and seafood delicacies, head to the fish restaurants street in Marmaris. Any taxi driver knows where these establishments are located.
Drinks - all alcohol is very strongly diluted. If you want something normal, buy it in a store or give baksheesh to the bartenders. It's even better if you speak Turkish. I know the language at the level of communication and I did not have any problems at all in the hotel.
Queues in the dining room - yes. This is very nerve-wracking. But it's not just the Moon. This phenomenon is present everywhere. COVID messed up a lot.
The beach is really a huge minus. Sun beds need to be borrowed at 6.00 am. In general, I went to the beach next to the Roxy bar. Called BB YZBASI. Lie down for a drink for at least a whole day. And by the way, for pork lovers - in the Roxy bar you can eat both pork chop and scrambled eggs with crispy bacon. And quite inexpensive. This is an English bar. Therefore, they try to please the gentlemen.
The location of the hotel is also quite good. 5 minutes by minibus - and Blue Port. This is already the center. And special thanks for the confectionery and fruit selection.
I will gladly return.
Pros: location, first line, the hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, it is convenient to get to the Old Town by minibus for 4.3 lira, and on the other hand, the village of Ichmiler, where we walked. The area is very cozy, the pool area with good sun loungers.
Dining room: dirty, queues, breakfast for 2, lunch and dinner for 4.
Bars: beer, soda, yupi, coffee poison, cocktails at a bar near the beach, if normal, then after a tip for a dollar, two to the bartender.
Norm numbers. We only slept there, they settled us in the building where the family rooms were, although we were alone.
The reception and the administration are just terrible, dirty, stinks, the furniture is partly normal, and partly just the station, the lobby bar has the same name, the administration and indeed all the staff are somehow unfriendly. The beach is terrible, the bottom is mule and stones.
Slides: one of the three worked.
There are no snacks. Therefore, the hotel does not have ultra all-inclusive, as they say, but breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plus coffee from 17-18 with a cookie.
Eating is just a nightmare! There is no choice. Once there were 2 stars in Warsaw, the choice was more and better! During the week of stay baklava was only ONCE! Fish was periodically, but you can not eat it, if you like to eat then there will be a cap. There is almost no entertainment program, there was something every night, but it lasted 10-20 minutes.
Alcohol only beer and a couple of cocktails, if something else, for a fee. For 1000 euros you could give something.
The Internet works only in the forehead, and but little by little, the rooms do not.
There is no sea in the restaurant, bar, sea!
The beach is two beds wide, 30 meters long. We got once a week in the afternoon.
Rooms for a solid three. Mold, toilet all the time making sounds like a dying bum, leaking ceiling (half a day asked to do because you could not brush your teeth because it was pouring, everything was wet), shabby furniture and room, air conditioning screws and constantly buzzing and banging on the wall (Probably wants to die, but in others he did not work at all).
By the way, the elevator also works amazingly. He goes where he wants, so leaving hope to reach - went on foot.
If you want to get three stars then here))
I am writing a review because the administrator said to my question why all this shit: so write a complaint. That's why I write))
