The staff is friendly. But no one speaks Russian. I had to speak in broken English.
Or use a translator where you caught Wi-Fi. Room cleaning every day. Gels, shampoos, soaps, clean towels were always available.

We rested as a family (2 adults + 1 child) - we were given a 2-room family room - a comfortable bed for a child in one room and a double bed for parents in the second room.
