We bought a tour to this three-star hotel, looked at the weather forecast - they promised rain and cloudy cool days. Everything that I was afraid of, given that in Turkey I used to rest only in 5-star hotels - poor-quality food, gray stale towels and poorly washed dishes, I did NOT meet in Asli. Everywhere is clean, the room is cleaned well, the towels are white, the food is of high quality. The rooms are small, the bathroom is small, one might say cramped. The furniture is simple and modest, the beds with normal, comfortable mattresses. The balcony is quite large, with plastic furniture (chairs and a table). The view from the balcony was not breathtaking: the Malibu Hotel is in front of the hotel, but a piece of the sea was still visible.
This "Malibu" has not yet opened, so no one was noisy there and did not interfere with sleep. Slept with an open balcony. The hotel has some lotions with air conditioning (paid if for the whole day and free if 2 times a day for a couple of hours). In the first half of May, air conditioning is not needed at all, and starting from June without it, I think it is stuffy in the room.
The weather, contrary to forecasts, was wonderful - sunny, warm, but not hot. Evenings and nights are cool. The water in the sea was 20 degrees. In Icmeler, the sea seemed colder to me than on the beach next to the hotel.

The hotel is urban, there is practically no territory. There is a small pool, sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool. 50 meters to the sea, to the center of Marmaris (Bar Street) 40-45 minutes walk, to Icmeler - an hour at a sports pace. The audience in the hotel - Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians and the British. Most are young people in their 20s and 30s. The people behaved calmly and decently.
The food cannot be called delicious and mega-diverse, but I liked it - they cooked deliciously, lettuce, for example, was always fresh. Once there was a strawberry. Every day - apples and oranges. Most often, chicken was cooked as a meat dish, two or three times there was deliciously cooked beef, once - fish. Desserts and pastries are more modest than in hotels of a higher star rating. For breakfast with tea there were Turkish delights of two or three kinds, halva, dried figs and dried apricots.
I did not observe delicious juices from the packages that were written about in the reviews. There was something yupiobraznaya, as always in Turkish hotels. From alcohol I tried only white wine - normal.
Several cats and cats come to the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Animals ask for food from vacationers, the hotel staff chase them (cats, not vacationers). But still, every time 3-4 cats enter the territory of the dining room. In Marmaris, in general, there are many cats of different colors and varying degrees of grooming.
I really liked Marmaris - well, where else is there a promenade on the waterfront with a length of more than twelve kilometers (from the Marina at the end of Marmaris, behind the center to the end of Ichmereler)! You can wander through the streets in the center, climb to the fortress, which offers a magnificent panorama of the city and its surroundings, drink a cup of Turkish coffee on the embankment, go to shops and shops. Shopping was not the goal, but we bought a few towels and bright ceramic plates. On the next street - a textile outlet (I think there is a sign "MGM" there) with nice prices.
In general, the rest was more pleasant than expected.
