Traveled with my husband in July 2011. Everyone loved it from day one. The travel agency Sanmar met us. We were very worried, because I've read a lot of bad things about this company. But it turned out to be in vain. We were met on time, brought to the hotel and all issues of settling with us were resolved. Every day we were invited to meet with the guide. I really liked the hotel, the service is excellent, the food is excellent. During our stay at the hotel there was only one minus - everyone speaks only English. But as it turned out, they were able to explain what we needed. The balcony door broke in the middle of our stay. After our appeal to the reception, we immediately repaired everything. We came from the beach and the problem was already solved. Well done! We were treated very respectfully in the restaurant. There are very few Russians. I was very pleased for our young people, because they all spoke very good English. If we go again to Turkey, then only in Marmaris aqua hotel !! ! Svetlana from Yaroslavl
