The staff is helpful, will come to the rescue when contacting for various tourist issues.
Food, breakfasts and dinners, without delicacies and pickles : )
But the most important thing is silence. Daytime sleep is provided without worries (here everyone chooses what he came for).
Near the hotel there is a travel agency for excursions, a trip to Pamukalle left the best memories.
Very pleasant holiday experience.
Marmaris - the pearl of Turkey!
The territory is small, the pool is clean, its own small beach, there is always enough space. For a quiet retirement vacation will do. You can buy water in front of the shops or in the hotel on the ground floor. At breakfast, they open a cooler with water, juice, tea and coffee, but when you try to get water into a bottle, the service staff looks at you like a wolf, as if you are pumping oil for nothing... The hotel is not bad for living.
In the kitchen, a separate note to the gray-haired cook. If you were born evil, forever dissatisfied with either work or life, and so hate people - stay at home, do not spoil people's rest with your sour mine. I understand that you cook from the meager set of products that the owner provides you. It's not up to you to diversify the menu. Noooo. . . Why the fuck. . . grumble and spit at the people you HAVE to fry an omelette in the morning? Will your hands fall off? Not a single day did I see that this evil creature did not grumble over the tiles. Minus the hotel for such a cook.
And a big request to the owner - do something with WI-FI. I understand that this may be costly for you, you do not care how people get out with messages home. But that's not possible. It is not rational to come for a week and buy an expensive Turkish SIM card, for which you have to go to the center, waste time and money. Let not the whole hotel, but at least one real point near the reception will have a normal connection. People SHOULD send messages home to their relatives on time, solve work issues. And in your hotel you sit without the Internet, as in the Stone Age. Pensioners gather in a bunch and go poking their phones in all corners in order to catch at least a little connection and chat with relatives. The bullying is real.
You can recommend a hotel for pensioners (the hotel is quiet, you can sleep), or for those who do not care what kind of food (because it is monotonous and simple there... you can start a diet for those who want to lose weight), for non-drinkers (alcohol is not included, and with you cannot bring it to the terrace).
This is not the first time we have rested at the Amos Hotel, but this time we liked everything. A very good location and the first line, two weighty arguments that you can not argue with. We got a small room with a facelift and a great view of the sea. Cleaned daily, change of towels and linen a little less often. The area is small, but clean and green everywhere.
It is a minute walk to the private beach, which is very convenient, the entrance is gentle, shallow and few waves, an ideal place for people who cannot swim. The staff is friendly, there are practically no Russian speakers. Three times were on excursions, one of them on a boat trip.
Amos once again confirmed its status as the best trio on the coast, as previously stated by the tour operator.
Of the minuses - the shower "cabin" in the room is not very comfortable, in fact, a tray with a curtain (but this is probably a common occurrence for 3 *), it leaks, Wi-Hi is only at the reception, there is a very weak signal in the room - but this is not scary.
In general, I liked the rest, special thanks to the hostess of the hotel, Susanna. I settled in the room in the morning, after arriving from the airport, although they have a check-in from 14-00, and it cost me nothing.
Although the beach is small, it is clean and quite comfortable, the hotel is located near the center of Marmaris (3.7 km), you can walk along the beautiful promenade or get there by transport. Nearby there is a supermarket and everything you need for tourists))
For those who are not very attracted to All Inclusive holidays and who are more important than vivid impressions of the country - I recommend it!
Arrived at 10:00, half an hour already settled (although according to the rules of the hotel check-in at 14:00) Rooms are quite spacious for 3 stars (some budget 5 were smaller).
The first line! ! ! ! ! ! ! Sea-super! ! ! ! ! On the beach there were always free sunbeds for free (paid - mattresses, but they are optional) Entrance to the sea - pebbles. Along the pisra was a convenient sunset by the sea or from the neighboring hotel on the right.
The staff is friendly. Food - normal, all the food was delicious, although the choice is small, little meat. But we did not go for food, but for the sea - so everything suited us.
One of the disadvantages of the hotel - poor internet and that only in the lobby. There was also water from under the shower near the bathroom. But we turned a blind eye to these shortcomings, because we read that the hotel is old and the plumbing too.
Cleaning was so-so (just made the bed and took out the garbage), often came when we were in the room, so we asked not to clean, but just took the toilet paper.
There was an early departure - lunch boxes were ordered at the reception (everything was done without any problems, because somewhere I read the review that the restaurant serves early breakfast, no - we, as in other hotels were given lunch box).
Conclusion - the hotel is good for a small price. If there is a good price, we will come again next year.
