Excellent guys work at the reception, one knows Russian, since he is from the Caucasus, any requests were answered immediately. Wi-fi worked great in the room, a router on the floor, the bathroom was quite decent. The gel and soap are packed in large vials attached to the wall, which is very convenient. We cleaned every day, towels changed every three days.
Now about food. For me, the food was VERY good, and most importantly useful.
In the morning everything is balanced, everything is junk food and the right one, fats (three types of cheese, olives), protein (eggs, scrambled eggs, milk), fiber in abundance, carbohydrates for every taste, cereals, fruits (watermelon, melon, grapes, apples ) and a lot of greens, even I was surprised by black cumin sprinkled on cheese (luxury). By the way, black. cumin sell 40 lire per 1 kg, not very far from the hotel, where Turkish delight is sold by weight. In the evening, always grill: turkey, chicken, rabbit, fish. The chef cooks great, thank you very much.
I can’t say anything about the bar, because I don’t drink, but I saw that the wine is poured from glass bottles and, according to reviews, it’s not bad. The service staff are all very positive, kind and smiling, thank you very much for their patience and endurance when checking in (to put it mildly, I was very indignant). As a result, I remained grateful that we lived in two good hotels at once.

Before meeting with the guide, we firmly decided that we would not take any excursions from him (I am in Marmaris for the 5th time), and he did not sell any excursions, except for one, a yacht at sunset on the Aegean and eloquently convinced that this was the only an excursion that is not sold anywhere, but only with them. So, DO NOT BE SUPPOSED, this is $40 thrown to the wind, all the people who were on the yacht together asked to go home at 20 o'clock, for this money they just took you for a ride on some old yacht, without even voice acting, where we are at one point or another. The first time I was so "dissolved" like a sucker. I also liked that the restaurant is only on the street (there are no tables inside), and when you have dinner, choosing the tables that are located near the road, you feel like in an open-air cafe! The only negative of such a restaurant is that it was still cold in the evenings in mid-May, you had to put on a jacket, but towards the end of the month it became warm!
In general, if we talk about the weather, it is very hot during the day, cool in the evenings, but I swam in the sea from the first day! I expected that I would swim only in the last days of my vacation, I thought the sea would be icy (in the Icmeler area it really turned out to be colder), but in the center of Marmaris it was acceptable for swimming. Perhaps I was lucky with the weather this year, I can’t say for sure (vacationers who have been to Marmaris more than once said that here even in early June it’s hard to get into the water from the cold), but in the end I swam in the first half day, and the second, enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery around!
I even managed to swim in the Aegean Sea (in Marmaris, after all, the Mediterranean), the Aegean, however, is colder, but it is very beautiful and transparent! I went on several excursions, for the first time in the history of my trips to Turkey I did not buy from a hotel guide. To begin with, I monitored the situation on the street, went around several agencies selling excursions near the hotel (I arrived in the morning, so I had a whole day before meeting with the guide to find out everything). After meeting with the guide the next day, I weighed all the pros and cons and decided to take a chance by choosing one of the agencies with a Russian-speaking manager.
I bought excursions at the Yagna Tourism agency, from the manager Pasha - he speaks Russian, talks in detail about each excursion, and you can negotiate an acceptable price with him if you buy several trips at once. At first I was afraid that everything would not be the same as that of hotel guides in terms of quality, in the end everything turned out very well! The office is located to the left of the hotel, near the Blue port shopping center, opposite the Kipa store. I will leave here the manager's phone number + 905438264085, because I can recommend, because the excursions left very positive impressions!
I went to the hammam (before I started sunbathing), to the "Confluence of the Two Seas" (Mediterranean and Aegean), to Ephesus, to Dalyan and on a boat trip in the evening Marmaris with a foamy disco. I liked everything very much, there are many amazing places in Marmaris that are worth visiting!
You can also gain vivid impressions in the city itself, on your own - as I wrote above, there are interesting places both to the left and to the right of the center that you simply cannot but like! You can also go deep into Marmaris and find an amphitheater or go to the food market, which is open on Thursdays and, like, Sundays. In general, this city can be recommended to everyone - a very beautiful, interesting and unforgettable place!
