There are no beach towels, no shower gel (when they asked for gel, we were told to have soap .... ), the water is turned off after 10.00, the dining room, yes, the dining room, you just don’t want to go there, unsanitary conditions are completely throughout the hotel. After the "cleaning" they took away the towels, but they didn't put clean ones, having come from the beach (19.00) we went to the reception, we were told they would bring you in 2 hours ...but then we could not stand it anymore and they brought them to us after 30 minutes ...
There are simply not enough sun loungers for everyone, but we were lucky a couple of times, the three of us sat on the same sun lounger ...and this is only the most basic, the sea is clean, but shallow. There are simply NO pluses in this hotel, you can say the green area and the sea, but Turkey is full of places where you can relax for less money in better conditions.
By the way, the tour was provided by Anex, when we approached the year with questions, he was not interested in our problems, but only how to sell excursions .. .

As a result, we were given a room in the central 5-storey building on the 1st floor. There are a couple of steps to the pool, the sea and the restaurant from there. And we even got wifi there.
The rooms in this building are very good. Perhaps the bungalows will be worse.
Yes, indeed, plumbing is not the first freshness, but if you tune in positively and do not expect anything beyond luxury, then everything will be fine. The room itself is very cozy, comfortable beds, good bedding, blankets. Cleaned every day, but you need to hang a sign on the door "please clean my room". Bungalows among the pines, water slides from somewhere in the crowns of trees, unity with nature… All this is true, but, as they say, there are nuances. Most of the bungalow rooms do not have any privacy (more details in the description of the photo), where the window is the front door, a common terrace with neighboring rooms, but everyone has their own table with chairs : )), i. e. in the morning, sorry, in shorts you will not go out for pulling : )).
Initially, we were settled in a similar room, besides, it was very dark and damp, where instead of a window there was a kind of "loophole". We asked to be relocated. We must pay tribute, there was no refusal, we were shown two more options.
As a result, we stopped in a five-story building.
Here, of course, the road makes itself felt, but the rooms themselves are much nicer, although somewhat shabby with time. For orientation when booking or checking in - are the room numbers four-digit 1001-500? . There are 12 rooms on each floor, on the last fifth there are fewer, instead of the missing side terraces with excellent views.
Our room was on the fourth floor, side. Views from the balcony directly to the amphitheater, to the right of the track, to the left a little sea behind the crowns of trees. Ordinary standard. Everything you needed was there, everything worked, nothing fell off ...Of course, cups of water in the refrigerator look sad and lonely, but they were! are replenished every other day. By the way, there are no problems with drinking water, 0.5 liter bottles are freely available in the refrigerator in restaurants and bars
Shampoos were not replenished by the maid, but we didn’t really need it. Towels changed on request (from the floor).
I was never interested in changing bed linen, but this time, at least once, they changed it, just at first the sheet was slightly torn, then it was gone : )). Safe for a fee (I don't remember the cost).
Now to the hotel life:
Administrators at the reception in Russian are not boom-boom, but a sympathetic Russian-speaking employee for working with guests Elena always comes to the rescue. In May, she had just taken up her position and did not know much about the services of the hotel herself, but she always tried to help and find out. Now, I'm probably more confident.
Upon check-in, cards are issued for towels, you need to get them at the SPA center, and exchange them for clean ones there. Spa services are not used, there is a sauna, very personal. As the administrators said (they speak Russian well), visiting the sauna is free until 18.00. And a gym is available.

Damn, but with each new communication session, you must re-enter your login (room number) and password (passport number). It really kicks out! About bars.
On our arrival, a lobby bar and a snack bar were open, and pizza burgers and burgers were prepared there during the day. I don’t know how it is now, but with us the cook worked without gloves, we talked about this to Elena, I hope the situation has improved. Here, under an awning, feast events ordered by locals are sometimes held, on our arrival there was something like a graduation from a school or college, in any case, smart girls and young people with such voluminous bangs were sitting at the tables. The youth didn’t cause any discomfort, they just took pictures and roamed around the hotel back and forth, there was no alcohol and dancing to loud music, it’s not even interesting : ))
The range of drinks in the bars is standard, everything is locally produced: beer (by the way, not bad), wine, whiskey (once they froze in the rain - it went well), something else ...There are non-alcoholic sodas, but I don’t know about juices (our consumers of juices from we weren’t), even if they are, then, for sure, like UPI.
The bartenders are cheerful and kind, they remember preferences (or there were not so many people in the hotel). Trying to remember the names of drinks in Russian.
During lunch, dinner at the restaurant there is a bar where you yourself take a glass of your delicious.

In general, it’s hard to find fault with breakfast: eggs in various forms, sausages (there were, though shriveled, well, when they are warmed up again), traditionally there is no sausage in Turkey, cheeses, wonderful cherry tomatoes ...There are a lot of all kinds of rolls, but the impression was that this variety is exclusively for the kind of abundance - for the most part tasteless and stale.
Lunches and dinners in the format of minced meat with vegetables, minced vegetables, chicken with vegetables, vegetables with chicken, cutlets in a pan, grilled cutlets. Simple, the presentation is not joyful, often without dish signatures (go and make out whose meat is stewed in vegetables). Yes, it probably corresponds to the level of the hotel. To be fair, there was once quite tasty grilled chicken wings and twice grilled fish. Pies are also some ...not very, for myself I chose profiteroles as a harmful pleasure - of course, not a masterpiece, but in comparison with the rest, for my taste, the best.
And once the confectioner was just at his best, and there was just a riot of colors on the dessert table. But nothing attracted me.
Of fruits throughout the week were only apples and oranges. We diluted our fruit diet with local tangerines. There are several trees on the territory, but, I will tell you a secret, edible fruits are only on one : ))
The very beginning of the season, there are still few guests in the hotel, so there were no grandiose queues and battles for a piece of chicken. But in the first days (May 2.3) there were a lot of locals, and with teenagers, maybe some kind of gathering. Then yes, after the invasion of growing organisms, the food warmers instantly became empty)). And we were already tuned in to a half-starved existence, but then everyone left, and the hotel began to live a calm, measured life.
Ice cream was not served in our time, gozleme was not baked, the a la carte restaurant did not work
The main restaurant itself is nice.
Especially good is the veranda on the seashore with stunning views of the bay. Romantic!
About animation. Did not see. Maybe it was. But we were not in the hotel every day. There is a children's club, decorated children's faces ran through the territory : )). Mini disco was watched daily from the balcony.
About the beach.
He is not. There is a narrow strip with several sun loungers at the very edge of the water. All lying-tanning activities take place by the pool. At the entrance to the sea there are stones, but we did without slippers, then sand. A gradual increase in depth, and then it becomes sharply shallow and algae. And they tickle your knees ...In general, the place is not very comfortable for swimming, so, soak the little body near the shore : ))

Course, of course, lower than in the city, but not deadly. For example, in a hotel for a dollar they gave 5.4 lira, when in the city it was 5.6, for euros 6.2 (or 3, I don’t really remember) and 6.5, respectively. The lira is rapidly depreciating, by the end of our vacation in the exchangers for the euro they were already giving 6.8 lira
To the center of Kusadas 10 minutes by minibuses (dolmush) No. 6 and 7, stop on the opposite side of the hotel with a light wave of the hand, the fare is 2.75 lira. If the driver sees people leaving the hotel, he will signal and wait if necessary. To the bus station (otogar) 5 minutes - this is if you need to go to more distant directions. These minibuses also stop at the crossroads, where minibuses are based in other directions, to Ephesus and Selchuk, for example. This is the intersection of Andan Menderes Bulvari and Candan Tarhan Bulvari.
At the hotel there is a representative of one large car rental office. The price tag is reasonable. Moreover, in offices in Kusadasi themselves, the prices are the same. The booklet shows the cost for the mechanics (see photo).
While still at home, we wanted to rent a car on the Internet. But everything was offered with a pick-up at the airport, or with a transfer to a hotel for 20 euros, plus an advance payment, insurance with a deductible ...We decided that we would look around on the spot and figure it out. In the end, everything turned out well: no collateral and bank card data, insurance without a deductible, you only need rights and money, you can pay by card. It is our case: Opel Corsa automatic 2017. offered for 33 euros, gave 30 for 2 days. The cost of gasoline is 7.09-7.15 lira at various gas stations.

Everything you needed was there, everything worked, nothing fell off ...Of course, cups of water in the refrigerator look sad and lonely, but they were! are replenished every other day. Shampoos were not replenished by the maid, but we didn’t really need it. Towels changed on request (from the floor).

I don’t know how it is now, but with us the cook worked without gloves, we talked about this to Elena, I hope the situation has improved. Here, under an awning, feast events ordered by locals are sometimes held, on our arrival there was something like a graduation from a school or college, in any case, smart girls and young people with such voluminous bangs were sitting at the tables. The youth didn’t cause any discomfort, they just took pictures and roamed around the hotel back and forth, there was no alcohol and dancing to loud music, it’s not even interesting : ))
The range of drinks in the bars is standard, everything is locally produced: beer (by the way, not bad), wine, whiskey (once they froze in the rain - it went well), something else ...There are non-alcoholic sodas, but I don’t know about juices (our consumers of juices from we weren’t), even if they are, then, for sure, like UPI.
The bartenders are cheerful and kind, they remember preferences (or there were not so many people in the hotel). Trying to remember the names of drinks in Russian.

In general, it’s hard to find fault with breakfast: eggs in various forms, sausages (there were, though shriveled, well, when they are warmed up again), traditionally there is no sausage in Turkey, cheeses, wonderful cherry tomatoes ...There are a lot of all kinds of rolls, but the impression was that this variety is exclusively for the kind of abundance - for the most part tasteless and stale.
Lunches and dinners in the format of minced meat with vegetables, minced vegetables, chicken with vegetables, vegetables with chicken, cutlets in a pan, grilled cutlets. Simple, the presentation is not joyful, often without dish signatures (go and make out whose meat is stewed in vegetables). Yes, it probably corresponds to the level of the hotel. To be fair, there was once quite tasty grilled chicken wings and twice grilled fish. Pies are also some ...not very, for myself I chose profiteroles as a harmful pleasure - of course, not a masterpiece, but in comparison with the rest, for my taste, the best.
And once the confectioner was just at his best, and there was just a riot of colors on the dessert table. But nothing attracted me.
Of fruits throughout the week were only apples and oranges. We diluted our fruit diet with local tangerines. There are several trees on the territory, but, I will tell you a secret, edible fruits are only on one : ))
The very beginning of the season, there are still few guests in the hotel, so there were no grandiose queues and battles for a piece of chicken. But in the first days (May 2.3) there were a lot of locals, and with teenagers, maybe some kind of gathering. Then yes, after the invasion of growing organisms, the food warmers instantly became empty)). And we were already tuned in to a half-starved existence, but then everyone left, and the hotel began to live a calm, measured life.
Ice cream was not served in our time, gozleme was not baked, the a la carte restaurant did not work
The main restaurant itself is nice.
Especially good is the veranda on the seashore with stunning views of the bay. Romantic!
About animation. Did not see. Maybe it was. But we were not in the hotel every day. There is a children's club, decorated children's faces ran through the territory : )). Mini disco was watched daily from the balcony.
About the beach.
He is not. There is a narrow strip with several sun loungers at the very edge of the water. All lying-tanning activities take place by the pool. At the entrance to the sea there are stones, but we did without slippers, then sand. A gradual increase in depth, and then it becomes sharply shallow and algae. And they tickle your knees ...In general, the place is not very comfortable for swimming, so, soak the little body near the shore : ))

Course, of course, lower than in the city, but not deadly. For example, in a hotel for a dollar they gave 5.4 lira, when in the city it was 5.6, for euros 6.2 (or 3, I don’t really remember) and 6.5, respectively. The lira is rapidly depreciating, by the end of our vacation in the exchangers for the euro they were already giving 6.8 lira
To the center of Kusadas 10 minutes by minibuses (dolmush) No. 6 and 7, stop on the opposite side of the hotel with a light wave of the hand, the fare is 2.75 lira. If the driver sees people leaving the hotel, he will signal and wait if necessary. To the bus station (otogar) 5 minutes - this is if you need to go to more distant directions. These minibuses also stop at the crossroads, where minibuses are based in other directions, to Ephesus and Selchuk, for example. This is the intersection of Andan Menderes Bulvari and Candan Tarhan Bulvari.
At the hotel there is a representative of one large car rental office. The price tag is reasonable. Moreover, in offices in Kusadasi themselves, the prices are the same. The booklet shows the cost for the mechanics (see photo).
While still at home, we wanted to rent a car on the Internet. But everything was offered with a pick-up at the airport, or with a transfer to a hotel for 20 euros, plus an advance payment, insurance with a deductible ...We decided that we would look around on the spot and figure it out. In the end, everything turned out well: no collateral and bank card data, insurance without a deductible, you only need rights and money, you can pay by card. It is our case: Opel Corsa automatic 2017. offered for 33 euros, gave 30 for 2 days. The cost of gasoline is 7.09-7.15 lira at various gas stations.

It didn’t work, but even if it did, it wouldn’t have occurred to me to get into this dirty, rusted miracle. On the first floor there are two separate beds, a pot-bellied TV. Of the Russian channels, only 1. On the second floor there is a double bed with an old sagging spring mattress (I haven’t seen such anywhere for a long time). The TV is flat, the screen is A4 and it is fixed in such a way that the images cannot be seen, only listened to. There is a safe in the room, a small black box 15X20X15, it costs 2 euros a knock, but it didn’t make sense for us to take it: neither a tablet nor a camera would fit there anyway. We got our own suitcase with a combination lock.
TERRITORY: this is the only plus of the hotel. Centuries-old pines domed the hotel from the wind and heat. There are many 1- and 2-storey houses scattered throughout the territory. That's all about the pluses. The rooms of our category are two-story houses with separate entrances - they all stand along the highway, and noise day and night. In addition, they are located between the entrance and the staff zone: official cars constantly drive along the walking paths. Another minus: periodically a strong smell of burning, as if a garbage dump is burning nearby. Sometimes in the morning they got up completely broken with a sore head because of this burning. We complained to the reception both through the guide and ourselves, but they evasively answered that they were solving this problem, and we realized that no one needed this and this was a constant phenomenon. Everything upon arrival!! ! soaked in this stench
SERVICE: it is essentially non-existent! Dirt is everywhere! Dirty tables in the dining room (you can’t call it a restaurant), dirty tables and chairs at the bars, in the lobby, at the reception, dirt in the amphitheater where the animation takes place...

For lunch and dinner, it’s standard: rice, pasta, french fries (dark overcooked) and something like a stew, where pieces of vegetables and “meat” 1x1 cm of 10 pieces will float in the liquid! Everything is cold! Everything is tasteless! Everything is fatty, peppered, often with sourness and rottenness! You can talk endlessly about food there: I have never seen such horror anywhere. One dish “boiled fish tails” is worth something. Literally: caudal fins and 2-3-4 cm tail, all boiled in a tray. Where the fish itself remains to be guessed... On the grill, meatballs were prepared, a couple of times fish, everything was floating in oil and very spicy. In principle, the products are of poor quality, as if the hotel had an agreement with some kind of base to buy up the delay. And then pepper it and fill it with oil (
BAR: nothing to drink, we tried wine, beer, and even gin. We decided not to poison ourselves, we didn’t drink anything. A couple of times we took beer at dinner - you can still have it. Even non-alcoholic and milkshakes for children are unsuitable for drinking: they are either made from “yupi” diluted twice as much, or just milk with syrup, and the milk itself is tasteless. The child did not drink anything either.
ANIMATION: we were primarily interested in children. Three times they took the child to a mini-disco and for five minutes she looked at all this and asked to leave. We still didn’t understand what was the matter, the set of songs is the same, the standard... Maybe it’s just too many children and didn’t go into the crowd? In general, this is the first hotel where our child refused to dance.
BEACH: the strip of the beach is really very narrow and our dad ran around to take sun loungers at seven in the morning. The sea is good, clean, the sunset is gentle, a couple of meters of pebbles, and then a fine, pleasant sand. The sun is not evil there, being in the shade, we didn’t even leave the sea from 12 to 15, no one got burned. By three o'clock in the afternoon the wind begins to rise and we left the sea at four o'clock.
GENERAL IMPRESSION: to say that we were horrified is to say nothing... For food, fruits, juice, milk and other things, we went to supermarkets to buy. Sometimes we ate there in cafes. I was upset by the fact that they only have fast food cafes, they didn’t find others. To go anywhere from the hotel you need to run across a highway with a high curb and a moat in the middle of the road. No sidewalks, no traffic lights. I still caught the infection on the last day (thank God I, not the children !!! ), rinsed all night before the flight and two more days at home. We caught an earthquake there on the 12th (we felt the tremors well) and a downpour with a thunderstorm on the 13th (I found it in the city, we were soaked to the skin). We went on an excursion on a yacht in the Aegean Sea - standard. The hotel smokes everywhere and everywhere, there are no restrictions. For us - non-smokers - it was excruciating. We came by the sea to breathe, but we breathe either someone else's smoke, or burning.
They also sell this hotel to us as 5 * (it was so in our voucher and when I bought it on the site it was), and it has long been a 4 for the Germans, according to rumors, there is no category at all, like HV-1 goes.
Contingent: mainly Ukraine. And a little bit of Russians, Belarusians, Poles, Germans.
