Great hotel for a relaxing quiet family holiday without small children. The main contingent is pensioners from Europe, although there were many middle-aged tourists and young people. The staff does not speak Russian at all, so you need to know English at least at the level of minimal communication. The staff is very polite, helpful and efficient. In general, the service is excellent. Settled immediately, did not have to wait, although we were brought to the hotel at about 11 o'clock. The land view room is quite decent, with a balcony, everything you need, everything works, the room is cleaned and towels are changed daily, no tip is required. The food is excellent - every day there are several types of meat, fish, vegetables, cherries, strawberries, watermelons, melons, etc. Ice cream is often available at the beach bar. There was enough space for everyone, two large restaurants (one outdoors, the other indoors) are used alternately. The peculiarity of the hotel is that they do not hang bracelets on their hands. Instead, they give cards (they are also the keys to the room). It's good, of course, not to feel ringed, but the inconvenience is that this card must be presented at the bar and restaurant to order drinks, the waiters pass them through the scanner. Most likely, this is due to the fact that not all AI residents have half board or only breakfast. You don't need to show your card to enter the hotel, the guard remembers in person. Features of the beach: entrance to the sea from the pier, immediately great depth, so you need to be able to swim. There is a narrow section of a gently sloping pebble beach, but during a strong wave, garbage collects there and this is not very pleasant. And the waves were almost always there. The water is cool, as it should be in the Aegean Sea (20-22 degrees), so there are few swimmers, mostly sunbathing. Places on the beach by the sea and by the pool, as a rule, were enough for everyone. There were no problems with sun loungers, mattresses and umbrellas. You can go down to the sea along a picturesque winding path among flowering bushes or by elevator.
To the center of Kusadasi 20-30 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by minibus (2.75 lira). The village is quite large, you can call it a city, but there is nothing special to see there, there is an unfinished closed fortress (a fake of antiquity), in the center of the city there is a tiny fortress, in which souvenir shops are located. Huge cruise ships call at the port almost every day - that's all the sights. True, 20 km away are the ruins of the ancient Greek city of Ephesus. Worth a look, the tour will take half a day.
Disappointed Teztur. Firstly, we did not receive any discounts for early booking, but on the contrary, a week before departure, our tour became $ 100 cheaper. They prepared the documents only 3 days before departure, but since it was Sunday, we could not receive them. On Monday, we were already on our way to Moscow with Teztur's promise that we would receive all the documents at Vnukovo 3 hours before departure. For 3 hours, a guy came to the Teztura counter and brought some bags. He said that the girl who should issue the documents was already at the airport and would come right away. However, neither 3 nor 2 hours before departure no one came up. There were already more than 50 people in line at the Teztour counter from three flights that took off at intervals of 20-30 minutes. When the check-in for our flight was already drawing to a close, a gloomy unshaven uncle came up, and for another 10 minutes he silently delved into the papers, not reacting to the indignation of the passengers. And only after that he began to issue documents. We were one of the last to check-in, and when we were going to board, the queue for documents was still long.
