In Kusadasi we rested for the second time. When we flew for the first time in 2014, we chose between Marmaris, Bodrum and Kusadasi, and having opted for the latter, we did not regret a bit. There are very good beaches here, and we especially liked the beach in the milipark, which is about 50 minutes away by bus from the center of Kusadasi. But there are much fewer people there, and the water is just fabulous. The city itself is quite pleasant, and after walking around the center we liked Bird Island the most. An equally important factor in choosing a place to stay for us was that it is convenient to get from the city to such places as Pamukalle, Daylyan, and ancient Ephesus is generally only 10 km from the city.
