The hotel, of course, is old, the building reminded me of the architecture of Soviet hotels. The price we paid is fully consistent, there were no complaints. The staff is friendly, courteous, not everyone knows English, stock up on a Turkish translation program. We lived on the fourth floor, used the elevator or stairs. The room is ordinary, everything you need is there, the plumbing works, the air conditioner works, the furniture is new, clean. Beds and mattresses are new and comfortable. Cleaning and change of linen and towels almost every day. In the bathroom, soap and shampoo in a mini format, constantly replenished. There is no refrigerator, but we did not really need it. There is a balcony with plastic furniture. The only thing I didn’t like was the carpet in the room - not very hygienic, you can’t wash it after the guests, I didn’t see washing vacuum cleaners either, the maids only have brooms. Wifi was ok at any time of the day.
The food is modest, there is no such abundance as in AI, but we didn’t go hungry, there is always a wide variety of vegetables in different forms, several types of olives, cheese, salads, bread, fruits, boiled eggs. Once there was fish, once - chicken meat, once - beef with mushrooms, all other days - some kind of meat fakes (we didn’t even try them). As a woman, I had enough with my head. I bought lunch only for my son, the food in local cafes and bakeries is very tasty and not expensive. Water bought in stores or at the hotel at the reception, the price is almost the same.
The beach across the road from the hotel is called Unimpeded, located in a bay, so the sea is always calm, the bottom is sandy, the stones are all removed, the depth of the buoys is up to the neck. We went swimming only in the morning, while there were few tourists and the sea was clear and clean. In the afternoon, the sea is dirty, there are many vacationers, mostly Turkish people. The sand on the beach is cleaned by a machine, there are stationary umbrellas with a wicker top, plastic sun loungers, a shower, a toilet, changing cabins.

After lunch, we went to the Ladies' Beach several times, we liked it very much - it's clean, white sand, turquoise water, the waves are overhead, but there are a lot of vacationers, the coastal strip is narrow and all packed. Once we went to Kushtur beach - clean, crowded, but the entrance and exit to the sea is strewn with many slippery stones of various sizes, if there are big waves (and the waves were big there), then it is very difficult to get out, I almost broke my legs.
The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of all the sights, a beautiful promenade, parks, shops, cafes, Bird Island, port, bazaars. The city is cozy, I liked it very much. If you wish, you can visit Ephesus, Pamukkale, Soke on your own - the bus station (otogar) is a 20-minute walk from the hotel, the fare is inexpensive. Also, on the city bus (dolmush), you can go to the Adaland water parks (entrance 24 euros per person) and Aqua Fantasy.
This hotel is highly recommended for city lovers on a budget.
