It is better not to think of a family hotel for families with children in the price-quality category. The staff is very friendly. Good double rooms. Cleaning and change of towels daily. It is very cool that all rooms in the hotel overlook the sea and pools. Very large and green area. 50 meters to the pool, 50 more to the sea. Everything is very close. Cool water park. Children are just delighted. The sea is a separate issue. Such pleasure from the sea has not been received for a long time. the entrance is soft sand, the water is crystal clear, the shallow entrance for children is better to come up with.
Food: no lobster, no shrimp, but there is always enough food. Nobody went hungry. The snack bar served burgers, great pizza, nuggets, french fries. Ice cream daily. 15 minutes walk from the hotel there is a huge supermarket Migros. You leave the hotel, turn right, reach the Sok mini market, turn left, and without turning anywhere, go straight past the beautiful Turkish dachas to the end of the street - and you are in Migros. The closest place from where you can get to Pamukkale. We drove 2.30 one way.
Internet is free at the reception. If connected throughout it costs 2 euros per day for 2 phones. We first connected it for 1 day, as a result, no one turned it off for us and used it for 2 euros all week))) another "+" hotel))) After 15 trips to Turkey, this is probably the first hotel worth returning to with children. The hotel is family run. If you hang out, then definitely not here. We got mega pleasure from the rest!! !

The sea is cold and the entrance to the sea is terrible, along a strip of pebbles and stones of various sizes. The beach is small, sandy, when we were, there was enough space for everyone. You can swim in the sea at 6 pm, when the water gets a little warmer.

The hotel is old, but everything we asked for, they gave us, and beds and a babysitter radio. On the territory of the hill and everything there. The food is ok, like everywhere else. The area is neither big nor small. There were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach and by the pool. The beach is clean, but the sunset is not ideal, there were also stones. It's good that there is a beach, not a pontoon. There are a lot of things near the hotel, a shopping center, a store and a lot of different things, you can either take a minibus or walk in 30-40 minutes.

In the first days, the occupancy of the hotel is -50%. When leaving - 90%.
So a little about the hotel:
- located 5 kilometers from Kusadasi in the suburbs
- family
- many pools and slides (separately for adults and children)
- trained staff, speaks Turkish, English, understands German. ALL!! ! (either take an offline translator, or learn common phrases). Be sure to download the offline map!!!
- a large and well-groomed area surrounded by greenery.
- rooms are clean, but you can always find fault with something
- most tourists from Germany, Holland. There are Turks, Poles, Ukrainians, Russians
- safe 2 euros / day, Internet - only in the lobby or high speed for 2 euros / day.
- check-in - 14:00 or 20 euros.
- if you arrive early - you can leave things in the storage room (free of charge), and change clothes there. Bracelets - you get it right away and everything is at your disposal (however, they are not comfortable - because they are fabric with a plastic clasp)
-
Entertainment on the territory, nearby and not very: (children)
- from 01 to 31 May there is a heated children's pool (water +26, depth 40cm), the rest of the pools were +17-18.
- free mini golf
- darts and archery (arrows with suction cups) - 1 hour a day around 12:00
- a water hall near the pool (water cannons, watering buckets, water fountains) on a rubber mat
- center with water slides (but keep in mind that the water is cold)
- if the child swims badly, but wants to learn - it is better to go to the pool for 1 beach bar, there is a separate shallower zone inside the deep pool (about 110 cm) the rest of the pools are 140-150 cm.
- a separate room with a children's menu
- children's area (game) with swings, cartoons, drawing, etc. Animators - in English and German

Entertainment on the territory, nearby and not very: (adults)
- A la Carte restaurants - from 1 June

- on the right - city beach, mini market, 2-3 cafes with local food, fish restaurant
- if you want to get to the supermarket - it's better to go right to the corner, turn left and in the shade of the trees, past the local villas - you will quickly and calmly get to the shopping centers. If you go left, through the bazaar - inconvenient, above the road and part of the way off-road
- coffee in the hotel is "cheap swill" - so it's better to drink either in local cafes behind the hotel or in Starbucks (the price of an Americano is about 10-12 lire, fresh is cheaper at the hotel)
- also a kilometer from the hotel (near the Kipa supermarket - opposite) an area with boutiques and fast foods. well-known and popular brands.

- if you decide to go to Ephesus on your own (just tell the driver of minibus No. 6 "dolmusha Ephesus" he will stop, it's in the center. Minibus to Ephesus without a number - but with the inscription Ephesus or Seljuk. It costs 7 lira. Stops on the highway. Go - 5 minutes Take left at the fork - it's faster Entrance - 60 lira Water 0.5 - 2 lira, 1.5 - 5 lira I recommend taking an audio translator (20 lira) + deposit It is hot and there is no shade - therefore, either on a cloudy day or an umbrella + closed clothes with a cap. children under 7 years old - free admission
- you can also travel to their largest water park Fantasia. travel from Kusadasi - 6 lira. Really impressed with the slides. I recommend.
- currency exchange: either banks or exchangers or jewelers
-next to the national park, with good reviews, but. . didn't have enough time, so I don't know. . .
- in restaurants, if the price is not indicated, be sure to check, otherwise they will come up with 2-3 times higher... but the food and service were wonderful.

We were at the hotel from 31.08-13.09. 2010. With two children aged 3 and 5 and with friends. We decided to go to Kusadasi during the velvet season, to improve the health of children (compared to the Antalya coast)! Thus, we were in Kusadasi for the first time, and in Turkey for the 3rd time. Outwardly, after the description on the forums, the hotel made me very pleased: the reception is in a wooden style, on the street, shops on the left, a thermal pool and buildings on the right. Traveled with World Travel. Guides are ok. Especially Irina. She came to the hotel every day at 14:00. We pestered her and asked how to go to Izmir by minibuses, as well as on excursions. She is ok. Patiently, even SMS answered the phone. Immediately evident - our former compatriot. WE walked around the territory and found that in the photos on the sites there is not even half of what the hotel has. There, the system is approximately the same - to the left of the reception and far inland - the old buildings (where the reviews say that there is no balcony on the 1st floor - these are them), and to the right - the new buildings. We were in a new building, without a sea view, which we did not regret. When we arrived, we immediately felt some kind of smell - a mixture of swamp and gases. This smell haunted me for several days. The rest did not hear him for two hours. (BUT for example, I will say that when we went to Izmir - there is also such a smell on the streets, we were told that it was from the sea - algae! ). Okay, in short. The territory is greener than in the forums, especially in the old part. The hotel turned out to be huge, we didn’t even go for a walk to the end, mainly in our part - this made me happy. BUT! The sea and the weather at that time upset me. Approaching the sea, I (and everyone else who wrote about August could not help but see this) that algae swim in the sea, the sea is restless, but the main thing is a constant breeze from the sea. This breeze became a gale several times in half a day. And so all 14 days. Clear calm sea was at 7 am, no wind, but very cold! And from 10 o'clock the sun was very hot, but the wind increased. Coming out of the sea - especially children - always lay in a towel even in the sun! This was the biggest negative for me. . Even I got used to algae - they were every day, but not to the wind! I suppose that we got into some kind of off season - which all travel agencies of course are silent about! There are many pools - we didn’t swim near the old buildings! But the impression was spoiled by the fact that the local ducks (a flock of them there) swam in a large pool in the morning and no one drove them out! And my child, after swimming in the children's pool, developed a rash, and it was on that day (once during the entire vacation) that he was immediately closed and cleaned very carefully with some kind of chemical. means. Yes, I forgot, compared to Ant. the sea turned out to be terribly salty on the coast and on the first day we were all red! I am an unpretentious person and I didn’t believe in fairy tales that someone bites in the sea, but someone stung me too: the impression is not pleasant - one thought, if only bitten a child - he would have screamed like a cut for half an hour! But there were 6 of us and no one else was bitten! Food. BEFORE this hotel, we were in Amara Wing Resort, of course we were warned not to compare, but still.... Yes, we got better (except for the kids) here as well, but the quality of the food left much to be desired. I also wiped dishes somewhere from the 3rd day. An indicator of quality was that the children did not eat anything, even the puree, which they adore here, they turned out to be when they tried it. There is a lot, but there is nothing. This was especially true of meat - chicken for lunch and dinner, lamb every other day, an unknown type of whole fish and traditional vegetables - they are able to cook them everywhere in Turkey! The sweets weren't that great either. A separate topic is the number of vacationers in the hotel. We were told by a couple who stayed at the hotel for the 4th year in a row that earlier with the old buildings there were much fewer people and they didn’t have to take places on the beach or near the pool, and run for lunch and dinner so as not to be late. I was especially killed for 4 days when the Turks had a referendum - there were so many of them that there was nowhere to push through! But the food has improved! The animation for children is very good: during the day we didn’t take the children there, but every evening they were eager to go to the disco, which lasted about 40-60 minutes. We did not go to adult animation day or night, but it was also noticeable. In Russian, no one, except for the same Vlad (we did not see his sister) speaks. About towels - some kind of nonsense, apparently the Turks feel who can be run over, and who is better not to touch. Yes, there is a large river on the territory of the hotel, where ducks live. And in front of the hotel, uncultivated land - a swamp - probably the smell from there too. When I was at the hotel, I thought that visiting it once was enough for me, but now, sitting at home, I think that maybe I would have gone there, but at an adequate price: 3500 USD for four. e. (with scams on the child living with friends) - it's expensive for this hotel!

The hotel itself left a good first impression. Leaving things at the reception (we arrived at 11-00, and check-in after 14-00), we went to explore the surroundings. The territory is large, clean, well-groomed. Certainly drawn to the sea. We took our bathing suits with us, changed clothes and went to the sea. Here was a pleasant surprise - the entrance to the sea consists of stones of various sizes. I hurt my leg. But further - sand. We were seated at 13:00. The room is clean and simple. TV with a CRT tube, we could hardly find a Russian channel, but it showed very poorly. We did not wait for help from the hotel staff, my husband set everything up himself. By the way, there are no Russian-speaking employees. In general, during our stay there were about 10-12 Slavic tourists. For the entire hotel. Mostly vacationers - Germans, Dutch, Belgians, French, Poles. The food is excellent - a lot of fruits (pears, plums, melons, watermelons, grapes, apples). I am a peach lover - we bought them. There were no nuts either. Dried apricots, raisins for breakfast - please, but figs, prunes, etc. - were not. The rest of the food is delicious and varied. However, I have always wiped down plates, forks, knives, etc. before filling with food. Often there were traces of detergents on them. Another minus is the beach towels. They must be taken at 9-00 in the morning and handed over at 19-00 in the evening. I like to swim early in the morning and therefore did not give up in the evening, but went to the beach with him. At 9-00 she came to change and almost always received a reprimand from the servants. One evening handed over the towels as expected at 19-00, received a card. The next day we went on an excursion, returned at 17-00, went with a card for towels and again received a reprimand, with a fight they “teared out” clean towels and went to the beach. In general, take your towels or somehow try to come to terms with the situation. In general everything is good. By the way, INET is free at the reception, which again was a pleasant surprise. We were there for 10 days - in principle it was enough. Optimal for this hotel is probably 12-14 days. We never went to the animation, but it was regularly carried out both during the day and in the evening. After dinner, we "walked" to the local market (300-400 m from the hotel) and shopping malls (800-1000 m along the road). Shopping is good. We went to the city several times, since minibuses run very often and stop right at the entrance to the hotel. The fare to the center is 2.5 TL per person. (less than 2 USD). The rate at that time was 1 USD - 1.5 tur. l.
A special delight is the thermal pool! The water is very salty, cool, clean and, they say, healing. Funny ads near the pool must read!

There were quite a lot of people in the hotel (this could only be determined during dinner, when everyone gathered in a huge restaurant on the shore to watch the warm sunset), but there is always enough space near the pools. There are practically no Russians. There was one Russian-speaking couple and that's it. Dutch, Germans, French, Belgians. The Turks who came to rest are not there either. All these foreigners are lovers of lying in a sun lounger under an umbrella with a newspaper or a book in their hands. The pools were practically empty. Some birds of paradise live on the trees - very beautiful. There were holidays in Holland these days, so there were a lot of children. But they weren't noisy. I occupied the pool with thermal water and enjoyed it all week. For those who always see themselves swimming in the sea, this hotel is not very suitable: there is a beach with sun loungers, and the bottom for entering the sea is covered with slippery large stones, green with algae. Brrr. . I think that the entrance to the sea is not in great demand among foreigners, therefore it is not cleaned. I already read somewhere here a review about this hotel, before the trip, that there is something biting in the water or burning, it's not clear. So it's true. I felt it myself. . . and preferred the pool. The food is excellent, the freshest fish every day, wine only from bottles (no sour liquor from barrels), beer was also very decent, an endless amount of salads, fruits. Service is polite. In fact, no one asks for tips. If you go to the city (Kusadasi), then there are taxis at the entrance to the hotel - 8 euros one way (all prices on the coast are only in euros), but minibuses stop right in front of the main gate of the hotel. It seemed to me that they go without a schedule, but very regularly. Travel time is 15 minutes. In them, the price to the center is 1.5 euros. A trifle, but it's nice to save)). Kusadasi has a port where intercontinental liners moor. No matter how many times they came, they were always new. Huge and majestic. And minibuses and taxis drop off passengers right next to the port, so it’s impossible not to notice it. Only if narrow streets lined with shops take you the other way. The shops also offer, according to local custom, apple tea. Divinely delicious. But I did not notice that for this they definitely demand to buy something. Or my man had such a formidable look that no one dared to demand anything from us. Agree with all previous reviews. I looked at photos of other people and got bored again. . .

Upon entering the room, we found that we were "deceived", providing instead of a 2-bed room with an extra bed (our family consists of mom, dad and teenage son) - 2-room. Despite the fact that there are almost no Russians in the hotel, there are two Russian animators - sister and brother - Marina and Vlad - the best, cheerful, conscientiously working animators. In many ways, it was because of them that the overall impression of the hotel remained pleasant. And now about the unpleasant. $200 was missing from a wallet left in the nightstand of the room. Use the safe - the miser pays twice! ! Guide Faride - a swindler ("Diana Travel") Very obsessively offered to take her friends to the shops and buy excursions from her at a price 2 times more expensive than those. which could be purchased independently in the neighboring village. In retaliation for the fact that we did not take advantage of her offers, she did not warn us about the flight delay. . As a result, we woke up at 5 o'clock in the morning, handed over the keys, and then, after our numerous calls, we found out that our plane was leaving at 17:00. , swim, use the bar, have breakfast and dinner. This, of course, overshadowed our vacation, but this review is our little anti-advertising for this impudent Farida.
