Arrived at Izmir airport on time and without problems. Fast passport control, fast bus distribution. On the bus, the guide Olga gave comprehensive information. Arrival at the hotel in 50 minutes. Quick check-in to rooms. And from this moment our adventures begin: we settled into the room without cleaning, without bedding and puddles in the bathroom / toilet. But we decided for ourselves that these were temporary troubles - we came to rest, and not to look for shortcomings. And in vain....Towels were asked for only after 3 days, while they were thrown on the bed....it was thrown, and not stacked or hung in the bathroom, pillowcases were laid on the second day... at least thanks for that. More than a single change of towels and linen all the more. The water, which is stated in the description of the tour, had to be taken from the carts of the cleaners themselves, because they did not reach us, but we needed water. Food. And it's not food at all.
In the morning, you could only eat a boiled egg and watermelon, well, cucumber salad and a tomato (the only thing they always ate). There were pancakes, but in the morning I wanted something light, like an omelette or yogurt. Yogurt snatched a couple of times. There was no way to get to the toaster - the Turks were standing with their entire numerous horde and in a natural way organized a conveyor with the removal of sandwiches to the beach and to the rooms. For lunch, there is always mashed soup - very tolerable, chopped chicken wings (besides them and small pieces of breast, there have never been other parts of the chicken), pasta, rice, again cucumbers and tomatoes and everything else - Turkish specific food. There was never meat, twice they gave normal fish, the rest of the time it looked like our sprat. In short, it was very hard to find something pleasing to the eye and stomach. Baking is zero. We rest not for the first time and we know how they cook for their guests in normal hotels. Fast food was served on the beach from 2 to 4 (fries,
hamburgers occasionally tasty tortillas with cheese). Alcohol - vodka, gin (sometimes ended with ours), beer (although there were no problems with it), red wine (it can be said that it is rare), pink and white. Beach. Quite a good one, all polluted with seeds, which the Turks eat just around the clock, and the gobies, which the Turks threw again, ours put everything in cups and always carried away. Animation. There is no animation there. If a vacationer needs entertainment and discos, then a great bummer awaits him, because all the animation is in Turkish, and when our compatriots arrive at the disco, the music ends after 2 songs with the lights completely turned off (the Turks danced until 2 am) . And in general, it was unpleasant to rest because of the managers constantly around, who looked at the mouth in the bar, cut down the disco, and we tried to get there only 2 times. Of the declared 4 bars, there are 2 - near the beach and the pool. Swimming pool cleaned with chemicals

corrosive to the eyes. You had to beg for a Turkish bath, but if you order a procedure for a fee, then you will get into the hammam for free. Basketball is of course free (as stated in the description), but without the ball and on the court with glass. In one word from the "entertainment and sports" section, we managed to see the basketball court and get to the disco for 2 songs. Section "additional information". Traditional baking at the indicated time was never seen.
Outcome. The hotel absolutely does not correspond to the declared category, therefore, tourists: we and at least 11 other dissatisfied Belarusians overpaid for the rest, because the maximum rating for the hotel is 3.
