Bar. Delicious cocktails, which is not typical for Turkey! The bartenders are pleasant, with a smile on their face and a bunch of jokes on their tongue.

The windows looked out onto the pool, which has music during the day (when the children sleep), until 00.10, and the surrounding area. When asked to move us, since we paid for the "sea view", we were told that this is the "view".
The room turned out to be so-so. Old plumbing, uncomfortable pillows, rusty hangers and railings. But the air conditioner worked, lighting in different variations, sliding doors. There is also a telephone in the toilet, which, apparently, took into account the possibility of getting stuck "there" after such a meal.
Now about food. It's different, you can't argue with that. They serve 3 types of ice cream from 13 to 00.00, from 13 to 16.30 like pizza, french fries, like hamburgers and Turkish flatbread. I liked these cakes the most, they are baked near the pool by a local resident. Meals at the restaurant... nah... In the morning, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, pancakes, cereal, cheese and buns, local yogurt that resembles yogurt, terrible sausages! Sometimes you can find dried apricots. . . And so every morning. We were put in a room with a sea view. So, to see "this view" it was necessary to bend well. The windows looked out onto the pool, which has music during the day (when the children sleep), until 00.10, and the surrounding area. When asked to move us, since we paid for the "sea view", we were told that this is the "view".
The room turned out to be so-so. Old plumbing, uncomfortable pillows, rusty hangers and railings. But the air conditioner worked, lighting in different variations, sliding doors. There is also a telephone in the toilet, which, apparently, took into account the possibility of getting stuck "there" after such a meal.
Now about food. It's different, you can't argue with that. They serve 3 types of ice cream from 13 to 00.00, from 13 to 16.30 like pizza, french fries, like hamburgers and Turkish flatbread. I liked these cakes the most, they are baked near the pool by a local resident. Meals at the restaurant... nah... In the morning, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, pancakes, cereal, cheese and buns, local yogurt that resembles yogurt, terrible sausages! Sometimes you can find dried apricots. . . And so every morning. After breakfast until 12 there is no possibility to have a bite, which is very inconvenient for children. At 12, a children's kitchen opens, where children are fed chicken from the common kitchen and it is impossible for children to eat it! french fries, rice and some vegetables, more often carrots and tomatoes. Lunch... Another test for the stomach. There is an abundance of deep-fried food, peppered meat so much that you cannot swallow it without water, some will find stewed vegetables tasty, rarely breaded fish, a lot of fresh and not very vegetables. Soups are our salvation, sometimes they were very worthy. And a lot of cakes, pies and local sweets (for an amateur).
Finally, dinner. . . My favorite meal of the day. 5 days a week they cook pasta for each individually, however, this breeds a queue, but it is very tasty! On Thursdays we grilled fish and tried to make sushi.
From fruits we were offered watermelons, plums, oranges and apples. Once there were peaches and a couple of times pears... From drinks: similar to Upi, coffee in the machine, water and tea. There was cocoa in the machine for the kids. Alcohol is local.
In general, you will not stay hungry, but the consequences can be different... It is difficult for children to choose something harmless, not to mention useful. There were few fruits, there were no juices at all.
Kids club. . . Don't rely on it too much. There are few activities for children, the animators do not speak Russian. A couple of times a week we rode ponies, played mini-golf, and did exercises. What was very offended was that the "local" (Turks, Bulgarians and Romanians) children were given more attention, in some places they did not even notice the "bright" children.
Sea... The entrance to the sea is gentle, a few pebbles, algae in windy weather. Sunbeds by the sea are also enough with a margin. Sometimes locals come to the beach and behave like owners.
At the pool, sun loungers must be borrowed in the morning, but this is not a fact that some resting Turks and Romanians will not fit in this place. The "law" is not written to them. The children really liked the pools with slides, convenient for very young children, a separate one for older children, etc.
hamam and sauna worked from 9 to 18, but not always hot.
This hotel reduced prices for Turks so there were sooo many of them like ants. They behaved in a businesslike way, like the Romanians, which is very unpleasant. There were almost no Europeans.
The hotel was full on our dates and the room could not be extended before departure.
Cleaning. If you do not put a dollar, then the cleaning will be weak.
Animation for adults was good: water polo, archery, aqua aerobics, show program in the evening, etc.
Once a week you could go to a restaurant by the beach. Snacks are brought by themselves, you can choose hot. Let's just say that the steaks and fish want to be better, and you have nothing to lose, except for a common dinner, if you don't get there.
The location of the hotel was a plus: 1 minute to the sea with a children's step, a green area with a playground, close to a market and a shopping center with a hypermarket, so that children could buy both juices and fruits.
Unstable weather fell on our dates, the leisure time spent within the walls of the hotel had to be organized by ourselves.
What is very upsetting is that there is no smoking-free zone. "Local" vacationers smoked even at the playground. Our requests not to smoke at least near the children were ridiculed and refused.

Music thundered not only from the amphitheater during shows, but also from weddings (which are held at the hotel from Friday to Sunday)! But by the end of the holiday you get used to the noise and everything is perceived differently. The food at the hotel is varied, especially for lunch and dinner, I really liked it! The hotel area is not large, there are three swimming pools, slides for children (which work on time)! The beach is sandy, very convenient entry into the sea for children, in the afternoon the sea was stormy. There are enough sunbeds on the beach, coming at 11 o'clock you can easily find a couple of sunbeds! Refrigerators with water are located throughout the hotel, which is very convenient!
The worst disappointment about this hotel was theft!!! ! Take care of your money, money was stolen from us twice during the last three days of our stay at the hotel !! ! If the first time it was 20 lira, which was pulled out of a purse lying on an armchair, then the second time it was 50 euros!! ! The hotel representative promised to conduct a trial and return the money, but unfortunately after a month, not a word from the hotel!!!

From the conversation, it became clear to us that all excursions, money transactions for currency exchange, a free dinner in a restaurant by the sea are carried out only through Asya. For 2 weeks we never saw this guide again. Twice she made an appointment for us in the middle of the day, leaving a note on the door of the room - while she never showed up. Because of her, we lost the opportunity to visit various excursions, the water park and other events. We also left a note at the reception for Asya from the company "M. t. s" and asked to meet with us. She refused to show up. The hotel has no Russian speaking staff at all. In a foreign country, we were left to ourselves! This is a blasphemous attitude towards people who pay a lot of money for vacations, and as a result get a spoiled vacation! At the time of departure on the road, we did not have breakfast and dry drink, not even water. We were not aware of how to act in this situation, because there was no one to ask because there were no Russian-speaking staff. The hotel has a very bad attitude towards Russian-speaking vacationers. For example, during lunch in the greenery, I found a caterpillar and showed it to the waiter. Together with the manager, they laughed and no one even apologized; during dinner, we occupied a table, leaving sweets with cutlery for 4 people on it, everyone does this so that no one else takes the table, but, knowing that we speak Russian, the table was occupied by other people after 5 minutes, and the sweet the waiter took it. This is very insulting to Russian speakers, because the attitude towards the British, Germans, French and other nations is completely different. There was a moment when a pack of cigarettes, a lighter and playing cards were left on the table in the bar, there were slot machines nearby and we went to play for 3 minutes, upon returning to the table, our things were gone. The waiters started throwing up their hands, I had to go to their back room and pick up my things, which they put in a place for their common use. Again, no one apologized, although on the face - a direct theft. The food is disgusting. They fed only chickens, very often frankly smelly !!! ! Upon check-in, we redeemed cards for the exchange of beach towels. When checking out, we wanted to return the money by handing over the cards at the reception. The shift was not the same person who issued us on the day of arrival. In the registration book, he did not find an entry that we paid money for cards. He refused my request to show the registration book. As a result, we never got our money back. We could not protect our rights, because the staff does not know Russian or does not want to understand our explanations. The vacation turned out to be spoiled, the hotel staff is very dismissive of Russian-speaking vacationers, that is, to us.

There are several bars on site and an additional restaurant near the beach for free. The staff keeps their distance (no "hello-how-to" greetings at every turn). There are very few Russians among vacationers - mostly British, Germans, Bulgarians. There are not many children, for children there is a kids club, a children's pool and water slides, the playground is represented by swings and rings (the slides, as in the photo, are no longer there). Children's menu at a certain time (sometimes they gave freshly squeezed juice, mostly french fries and fruit), from 5 to 6 free ice cream for children. The animation is active, unobtrusive - you never get bored : ) Pools (2 adults, 2 children) are clean, the water in them is changed every evening. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is good, towels are free, sunbeds, mattresses are always enough. The spa services seemed expensive, we went to the hammam (peeling, massage) through a teztour, the SPA center is well designed, but we did not use it. The climate in Kusadasi is mild, fresh, always easy to breathe. The rest turned out to be worthy, at the European level. Recommended.
