It all started with our arrival. We were given bracelets and asked to go to the bar for a snack, the first disgusting impression he gave us was absolutely dirty tables, a dirty stove and blackening oil in which the fries were cooked in this bar. Naturally, we didn’t eat there, we waited for lunch and went to the “restaurant” to eat. To call this a restaurant, in fact, it’s hard to even dare, since everything there was dirty, from the furniture to the cutlery. I will attach photos below.
The choice of dishes in the restaurant is very poor. For lunch we had one red soup, as I understand it, this is water with tomato paste, vegetables - tomatoes, cucumbers, beans in tomato, and pasta...
Then things began to get even more fun, as we were checked into our room.

Here we were faced with a dirty bed with huge stains on the pillow and towels of different colors (I will also attach photos), a burnt-out hairdryer, no central light, one half-dead lamp above the bed. Two separate beds, between which stood one bedside table on three different legs sideways.
We notified the hotel administration about all this horror, to which the administrator Mira kindly replied that she would evict us from the hotel because we dared to be indignant. After that, we wrote to our travel agent, they apparently made a problem with the hotel, and they quickly came running and replaced all the linen in our room and the hairdryer
In general, there are boors at the reception, Wi-Fi is paid, a safe, towels are paid, and even taking this into account, in order to wait for your towel to be issued for $10, you need to run after the administrator throughout the hotel while he resolves all his affairs.
Kemer is beautiful, I’ll go back there again, just away from that city
