We rested in this hotel from 07.07. 11. to 14.07. 11 with husband and 4 year old child. I can say one thing, the hotel urgently needs to close and do a general overhaul. First, we were settled in a room where no shower, no air conditioning, no doors to the balcony worked... So we lived for 2 days. The last straw was when we came to the room, and it stank terribly of burning wiring. After 2 hours of dismantling, we were moved to a 2-room suite, which differed from the previous one only with a working air conditioner. As for service, until you “poke your nose”, no one will do anything. There was a case when we filled the refrigerator in the morning, and in the evening it was already empty, no one could answer the question of where the drinks had gone. Pleased only food and quality of drinks. Fed every day very tasty, and the food was always varied. I liked the ice cream very much, although there was always a big queue for it, and you had to stand for 20-30 minutes. The animation was also on top, the guys tried and did their job very well.
