Like many tourists, after reading reviews and not believing anything, we went with my family in the hope of a miracle. I will say right away, people, believe me, bad reviews in large numbers are an indicator of the hotel. And I'm not a snob, I just have something to compare. The hotel does not even reach 3. Everything that is bad written about it is true. We were waiting for check-in - from 9 almost to 14 o'clock, we were terribly tired, room 2135 overlooking the street and the neighboring hotel - the cars interfered all the time. Linen was not changed even once in 2 weeks, once they nevertheless begged themselves. Linen and towels in places with small holes, beach towels stained. Service - zero! All our complaints went unnoticed. The food is weak and monotonous. Fruits - oranges, apples, green cherry plum, apricots, apples, watermelon, unsweetened melon. From food - rice, potatoes, vegetables, meat - chicken, turkey, fish, beef - everything is not very tasty. Many different salads - for an amateur. The child could only eat french fries. Delicious only bread and sweets. With tea, a problem, some diluted juices and powdered coffee, tea only in the lobby. There is nowhere to walk on the territory of the hotel, the playground does not work, only MINI CLUB. Of the 5 slides, only 3 work. Sunbeds must be taken no later than 7-8 in the morning, there are queues everywhere. On the beach there are often broken sunbeds, mattresses after the rain are piled up and wet. The beach is not well maintained, did not like. With beach towels, it is also stressful, we have already written about this. The hotel is mostly Russian - and that says a lot. Stray cats walk right in the canteen (otherwise it cannot be called). People, listen, find a better hotel, don't spoil your holiday. The hotel is changing owner - hence the mess. Many Russians were asked - everyone has the same opinion. And all their trips to the factories (we were at the textile one) are expensive and take almost an hour to go. Under the windows - cheaper. Local merchants under the windows are traded weakly, not everyone wants to give in. If you just want the sea, the sun and excursions - take the top three, do not overpay. More or less there was animation, on the minus ground floor they enjoyed the sauna, Turkish bath and swimming pool. There is also a gym (need sneakers) and a spa. I didn’t like it at the exit in the Turkish bath, there are freeloaders and extortionists, see for yourself. For a 5 star hotel, very poor. I will answer all questions.
