We arrived at about 12, they said that they would settle at 12, for an additional fee of $ 20, but they settled after 14:00, why take the money ? ? the rooms, once beautiful, are already worn out and in need of a good refurbishment, as is the entire hotel in need of refurbishment!! ! cleaning was carried out periodically, but $ 1-2 were taken with enviable regularity, thanks at least if I had towels every day, and the bar was replenished, for this special thanks to them ! ! you could not approach the reception at all, they don’t understand Russian, especially if you come with a claim, it’s hard to speak English, but calling the guide (by the way, thanks Olya! ) is paid, although this service should be provided free of charge ! ! The kitchen, in general, is a topic for a separate conversation, there is no meat (turkey, fish, chicken, sometimes beef), or rather, there is, but not enough, and there was always a chance that you might not get it, that you didn’t finish it in the morning, smoothly turned into lunch, otherwise and at dinner! There weren’t enough devices, as others have already said, you approach the boy, you start to explain to him, he doesn’t understand Russian, he doesn’t understand English, you had to show with gestures. Animation!!! ! what are you speaking about? ? what is it anyway?? ? On the first of May, they began to move, like a holiday, they invited "live music" !! ! thanks to them! ! they even sang Russian songs, which made the whole hotel very happy, as 80% of the rest are Russians and Ukrainians ! ! during the day it all went rather sluggishly, everyone was resting on their own! Or rather, they were animators themselves ! ! in the evening, going into the bar there was no booze because "Russian drink everything"!! ! rations for an early excursion were not given, the kitchen did not work!! ! the snack bar sometimes ran out of food, "the Russians ate it"! ! BEACH!! ! what is this? ? is it somewhere near the animation? ? dirty, unkempt, but sunbeds exhibited, one wonders, for whom and why? ? maybe for a start it was worth putting things in order there, or at least maintaining it as such? ? the plus is that the attendants, although they don’t speak Russian for the most part, are attentive and polite at least in person !! ! can be summed up - 4 * , with an interference fit, with all the positive thinking! !
