The hotel was chosen because we had already rested in it a year ago, even several times a year. Arriving this year, they were surprised how the management could miss such an important moment with the animators. - they simply do not exist, or rather, there are girls of 16-18 years old who do not know anything about programs, how to attract children, how to captivate them. As a result, it is sometimes even scary to send a child to a mini-club, at best they will offer him terrible computer games, but this is not the way to solve the issue of children's pastime.
The food, as always, is on top, there is everything and fruits and milk, meat and vegetables!
I didn’t like the service at the bars, in particular for coffee, often it just reminds me of McDonald’s, where you have to manage to serve 200 people in 1 minute)) , of course, to the detriment of quality.
for example, a cup of coffee has to wait up to 20 minutes. Such a service is not good, I will not call this service at its best!
as a whole, we decided to consider other hotel options, although last year we thought that we had finally found our ideal hotel.
