Rested families 2 + 2 and 2 + 2. Since our flight was delayed for 2 hours, we arrived at the hotel exactly at 14:00, had lunch and immediately settled us.

What's wrong...
1. Water park. What a stupid rule not to let children under 12 on some slides! ? We have seen slides and steeper a hundred times, and no restrictions. And most importantly, most children under 12 years old, those who are taller and larger, calmly passed the control, and it was a shame to the rest. All of us, adults + children (9-11 years old), were very dissatisfied with your water park)))
2. Bars. Ultra-all-inclusive! ? So live up to it, or downgrade. Okay, non-alcoholic beer, we have been used to it for 5 years, but non-alcoholic vodka, cognac, tequila, rum, etc. is that a joke? I don’t know how many degrees there are, but obviously not 37-40, and not even 30.
You drink a bucket, and not in one eye, you just run to the toilet. For a hotel like this, it's a disgrace! All alcohol is not clear production, in charge of a special order for the hotel. There is no imported alcohol.
