We were at the Queens Park Resort Hotel from September 15th to 28th, 2008.

Transfer: We flew through the operator Mostrevel. We met well, we didn’t even have to wait long for those who were lagging behind. On the way to the hotel, the guide was always telling something, and 2 hours to the hotel flew by rather unnoticed (despite the fact that we visited 6 more hotels before the Queens Park hotel), but on the way back it was “more fun”. There were also about 6 hotels after ours. The guide (already different) stopped near some store supposedly for 15 minutes, as a result we stood for half an hour and barely managed to get to the airport, well the flight was delayed for an hour. For all the time on the way back, the guide did not utter a word, it doesn’t matter to me, I was in Turkey for the sixth time, but the one who flew for the first time, I think that he was not happy, if only because the guide didn’t simply explain where to go at the airport and what to do.

I would like to note that Mostravel disappointed this year and very much. They recruited students who do not want to know or do anything.
Previously, they flew through them, and there were never any problems, this time, I was just in shock. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were met by the same student, said that the meeting with the guide would be at 6 o'clock and disappeared. At a meeting with the same student, I asked for the phone number of our immediate guide for 10 minutes, to which they told me the same thing: “Why do you need it, you have insurance and a phone in it. ” Only after I began to raise my voice and it became clear to the student that it was useless to argue with me, he, gritting his teeth, gave me the unfortunate phone.
The students sat in the hotel all day, but there was zero sense from them. They didn’t know anything, but thank God they didn’t try to sell excursions, which usually happens.
We had booked a room with a garden view at the hotel, and we immediately decided to change it. They gave us $ 20 and they really gave us a room with a sea view, but only the sea was visible with a very strong desire, if we almost got out of the balcony.
But under the windows there was a restaurant (more precisely, a canteen, I just can’t name it in any other way), from where there were always “amazing” smells that periodically drove me crazy. In short, the number should not have been changed, and as it turned out later, if we wanted to change the number, it could have been done completely free of charge.

Nutrition. There are plenty to choose from, but the same almost every day. Dietary food is very limited: chicken, broccoli (on holidays), creepy fish, rice, Brussels sprouts and something else. There was no smell of meat all 2 weeks, so whoever has a sick stomach will begin to cackle there by the end of the vacation. Between breakfast and lunch, only cakes, where a lot of people accumulate. Alcohol - until 2 am, then - for a fee (ultra-everything?! ). We tried tequila and cognac - something frankly diluted. Liked beer (tuborg) and wine.

Freshly squeezed juice in the morning for $2 - and that's ultra everything too?!

Eatery.
Frankly small - not designed for such a large number of people (and this is not the season! ). Russia and Ukraine are picking up plates, then throwing away half - frank disgusting !! ! So, if you come later, then something may not get. There are announcements that food cannot be taken out, otherwise they will make you pay.
The rules are constantly changing in the cafeteria. Either you can go to the counter and ask yourself to pour beer, water, or always through the waiter, so this process can be delayed. And not that the waiters do not work well, they rush around without stopping, they simply do not have time to serve everyone.
Either come to dinner in whatever you want, then they won’t let you in shorts.

Contingent. Russia and Ukraine 99%. No comments. All the time you think, no matter how they stole something (and they did, but more on that later). In the end, Turks and Israelis began to appear.

Beach and pool. Clean, the pool is large, with different depths (from 1.40 to 1.60), jacuzzi. There are a couple of small hills. Few loungers!
Again, you need to borrow from the early morning. Towels can only be changed once a day! (5 stars, ultra-everything?! ! )
We stole a towel right next to the pool. We must pay tribute to the administration, after contacting Guest Relation, they issued a card on a towel without any problems and paying 20 euros. Although everywhere there are announcements that the administration is not responsible for the things left behind. But you can’t not borrow, because, as mentioned above, there are frankly not enough sunbeds.
The sea would be very clean if our pigs didn't throw anything in there. Spitting and blowing your nose, including in the pool, is the norm for some ...We even saw floating swimming trunks and pads. But, if you come to the beach in the morning, you can feed flocks of fish, both large and small.

Not a single lifeguard was visible on the beach until a strong storm began (with small but strong waves, they were also not visible). So, if something happens, no one will save.
There was one controller near the water slides. There should be guards and not let people in when there is no water. So no. Our Russians managed to slide down the hill without water and get stuck there. Only after the screams, some cleaners came running to explain that you can’t ride without water.

Number. Normal, large, but without gloss. They get out good, sometimes bad. The day before departure, they didn’t clean at all, an excuse - the cleaner’s working day came to an end. In the bathroom there are hats, cotton wool, a nail file. If you use something, they will never add it themselves, you have to go and ask. Mini-bar can forget to refill. Somehow they didn’t add anything to the mini-bar for a couple of days, when I asked to do this, they laughed for a long time that we all drank. Mineral water, Sprite, Coca-Cola and Fanta in the mini-bar. Plumbing is normal, hot water sometimes gets cold for a couple of seconds. Dishes are hardly ever removed from the room.

Animation. Cheerful, but it is felt that they are already tired for the season.
The daily program is standard - water polo, gymnastics, water gymnastics, shooting, darts, volleyball, balls, step aerobics, belly dance, competitions. Shows in the evening are different, designed for 2 weeks. But the guys are great. The animation is really strong! I agree with the reviews on this. Although here we have tried. The main animator Leo got our own huge black eye! It looked amazing!

Hotel and territory. The hotel consists of a main building and several bungalows. They are located quite well, everything is nearby - the sea, the pool, the dining room, the bars. The territory is the smallest of all the first line hotels in Tekirova!! ! Everything is well maintained, but there are not enough trees. There are several fountains, but they do not work all day. The room overlooking the inner alley (with a pond) is quite noisy, because there is a dining room, a pool bar nearby, and the amphitheater with a disco is also heard well.

So our people are drinking and yelling under the windows all night, sleeping “wonderfully”.
The hotel is dangerously close to markets and shops - keep your wives, especially if the weather is bad!
The hotel has a bowling alley. But it costs 7 or 8 euros for one batch per person!

Staff. Friendly (except for the cleaners), almost everyone understands something in Russian.

TOTAL: The hotel at UAI 5 * does not pull !! ! And it's not worth the money! Not UAI and not 5*!! ! No more than 4 stars!
It can be seen that the hotel staff is trying its best to be at its best and provide quality service, but the Soviet contingent actively nullifies all these efforts - the first and fattest minus. The second disadvantage is a very small area.
Many people like the hotel, but having visited Turkey for the 6th time, I can say with full confidence that for this money you can relax in a more luxurious place.
