Ужасный администратор Terrible administrator

1. The manager at the travel agency chose the hotel for me. Although I doubt that 3 stars is a good idea. Since I was going to attend excursions all day long, she assured me that this hotel was what I needed. The move in went horribly. I arrived at 6 am and waited for check-in near the check-in desk. Check-in at 14-00. However, I didn't get to my room. Hasan explained to the administrator that the flight was delayed by the Germans and they occupied the room I was supposed to enter. He told me to be patient. The hotel guide said that he could not help me and, in principle, no one would help me. These are my problems. The administrator took me to a terrible place where I stayed for the night, promised to come the next day at 9 am and pick me up. But, of course, he didn't. The next day I went to the hotel myself. Hassan saw me and started screaming why do I demand a room (which I paid for, by the way)? Why don't I want to sit quietly at the reception? And he pointed out that I am a Muslim and should generally be silent (Apparently in his eyes, I am not a person). He was rude and spoke to me with irritation. As a result of our dispute with him, he threw me 4 keys to the rooms. I have never encountered such rudeness in a hotel before. I was settled at 12 o'clock the next day after arrival. For 1.5 days I sat in an embrace with my suitcase. Receptionist Hasan brought me to tears with his cries!! ! Accordingly, no one apologized to me for the delay in check-in and rude behavior.
This unfortunate moment ruined 2 days of my already short holiday and I will certainly never return to this hotel or recommend it to any of my friends.
2. The hotel is not big, quiet

3. The rooms are cleaned every day, I usually bring my own towels with me, I didn’t use the hotel ones, I can’t say anything.
4. Breakfast, depending on how you eat. I had enough. Eggs, bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives. If you come 8:30 boiled eggs are gone.
5. Rude attitude of the administrator. No desire to visit Turkey in the future.
