We vacationed with our 15-year-old daughter, at the end of September 2023, the rooms were not very good at first, but we checked in immediately at 7 am, although according to the schedule, check-in was at 14-00, then the reception girl Olga came to the reception and life got better, she treated us with understanding and I was transferred to a very nice room, and every time I was very attentive and responsive to any questions. The food at the hotel was good and varied, although some guests had complaints, we liked everything. There were fruits - oranges, watermelons, melons, apples, grapes. Vegetables - fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, salads, various greens, etc. For dinner every day, grilled meat or fish + grilled vegetables, and this is in addition to a bunch of other dishes. In general there is enough food. The only negative is the cleanliness of the restaurant and the beach. It was a bit dirty, unfortunately. But the rooms were cleaned every day and cleaned well. When we checked out, they also didn’t immediately kick us out at 12, as per the schedule, but let us stay, for which a special thank you.
We are happy with our vacation, thank you very much to the employee Olga and Natasha from the SPA.
