The room was very disappointing. To begin with, instead of a normal lock on the door, which opens with a card, a regular lock on a key was embedded. They said they would do it... they were not even going to. The room is very dark. Even during the day I had to turn on all the lights. The window overlooked a simulated playground. If you try hard, you can see the pool. Everything is antediluvian. Lights fall off. There is no shower in the bathroom. The faucet is bolted to the wall and a curtain hangs. After washing in the shower, the water does not drain. If it wasn't for the first floor, the room downstairs would be flooded. The mixer itself leaks and falls off. There is almost no hot water. It is impossible to predict its occurrence. More often it is cool, it is difficult to wash, but you can rinse. Towels are old and tattered. The beds do not have proper linens. The room is poorly cleaned, cookies from previous vacationers are lying around. Cleaned up every day. All cleaning consists in throwing out garbage, at best, towels will be changed.
FOOD: everything is quite sad here. There is little food, except for vegetables there is nothing. Meat sometimes, but if you have time. There are almost no fruits. Sweet too. A strong man with a good appetite will remain hungry. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, it is better to come to the opening, because if you stay for 30 minutes there will be nothing to eat.

THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE A OWN BEACH! To the sea on foot about 20 minutes. From the hotel there is a scheduled bus.
There is no animation.
WI-FI AT THE HOTEL... YOU CAN SAY THAT ITS NOT!! ! Catches only at the reception. Due to the large number of people, it is impossible to connect.
For me personally, a huge minus was the too large number of Turkish vacationers in the hotel, significantly exceeding the Russian-speaking tourists.
Separately, about the kilit global operator. . . No one came to the meeting, which was supposed to take place the next morning, after the check-in. And the next day no one came... and all the following days no one deigned to come. It's a pity! There were important issues that had to be resolved through the agency where the vouchers were bought.
