A negative impression began with the settlement - to get into a 4-bed room paid for by a tour, I had to pay $ 60 extra. And that's only on the 3rd try! Since the first two options that the administrator offered were simply not acceptable.
The room was not completed - for 4 people there were towels for three. Changed linen once in a week! And the beach towels were not changed at all and the administration did not respond to requests in any way.
BUT the worst was yet to come. Meals - there was no air conditioning system throughout the hotel and restaurant (the room had an old air conditioner with a remote control, which, however, was not possible to use because of the dirty filter, there was nothing to breathe from it).
There was no children's menu, in principle, there was nothing to feed the children - there were no dairy products, all the dishes were cold and filled with inedible sauces.

There was no organization for the distribution of food - the queue stretched to the street, people crowded and this is a pandemic!
A separate issue is serving and cleanliness. Dirty tablecloths, sticky and greasy plates. Knowing that an early departure tomorrow, we asked the reception to prepare lunch boxes for the children in the morning, to which the director (! ) of the hotel said that the restaurant was finished. This is the service, right?
There was no animation at the hotel - during the week of rest there was a meager entertainment program only twice.
