Greetings to everyone who is planning a vacation in Turkey, in particular, to those who are going to spend their vacation at the Magic Dream Resort, 4 stars (in Kemer)!
Here I will present a review that can really be considered objective!
We traveled from Odessa for seven nights, eight days, paid 1000 U. S. uev for two people, i. e. 500 uev per person! For this money, it’s worth going to this hotel, but if it’s more expensive, I don’t know, although it’s up to you personally (if, for example, you’re not flying from Odessa). But first of all, I advise you not to be too lazy and read all of the following, which I hope will help you decide on the choice of hotel.

First of all, when choosing a hotel where you have not yet been, you must first of all trust your acquaintances, friends, etc. (who have already been there themselves), then reports on Turpravda, for example, and last of all, believe what they tell you in travel agencies (often, their employees themselves have never been to those hotels that they offer).
So, in Turkey, I'm not the first time and not the first year, I've been to different hotels, so there is something to compare.
They rested in Magic Dream from 07/07/2008. to 07/14/2008 (tour operator TEZ TOUR - in principle, there are no personal complaints about him, because we liked the service, transfer, etc. of the operator's services). Magic Dream, in my opinion, really pulls EXACTLY FOUR, NOT FOR THREE, as some people write in their reviews! Namely: the hotel is clean, well maintained, new (like built in 2006). The rooms are cleaned every day (towels are changed, garbage is taken out, etc. ), regardless of the sign you hang out “please, make up my room! ”, And the bed is completely changed 2 times a week. They will ask you to clean the room even if you are in the room itself! This is the first plus. In addition, the choice of food, in particular hot dishes in the restaurant, is more than in the triples, namely, there are hot meat, fish or chicken dishes every day - this is the second plus.
In addition, with alcoholic drinks, raki vodka, beer, wine, gin, in principle, the bar is not greedy - this is the third plus. The bar works only by the pool (pool bar), and the bar inside the hotel (lobby bar) did not work at all, and it seems to me that it never worked!

Of the pluses, it is also worth mentioning the beach, which really has a lot of free sun loungers under umbrellas (even when the hotel is fully loaded, there are free places on the beach). You really won't pay anything for it, sun loungers with mattresses but no towels, so stock up on your own (you can't take their towels out of the type hotel). There is no free bar on the beach, there is a paid one not far from the beach (it belongs to another hotel, but it is open, if for money, then for everyone). Free on the beach and fresh shower, changing room. Massage, food, etc. - for a fee. In triples of all this and in such quantity, of course, there is no trace! In addition, the beach is clean, with small pebbles mixed with sand, walking barefoot on such a beach is easy, only very hot! The bottom in the sea is clean, there are no stones, but the Mediterranean water is naturally very salty, so take goggles or swimming masks - without them, the eyes are very irritated.
To the beach from the hotel (it is located on the so-called 2nd line from the sea) it’s really 600-700 meters (the travel time from the hotel to the beach depends solely on the speed of your walking), and don’t believe anyone, about 2-3 minutes to beach, because we walked quickly, but really reached in 5-6 minutes. The way from the hotel to the beach will be quite clearly explained to you by a Turkish aunt (or Turkish men, depending on the shift) at the reception, you should ask about this immediately upon arrival at the hotel, they will even show you a map of the passage on paper. Do not believe last year's reviews on this site, regarding the fact that the road goes under some kind of fences of five-star hotels and, like, next to garbage dumps, that it is very far, long and hard to go. This is not true, the road from the hotel is one for everyone there, it is one of the central streets of Kemer, with normal sidewalks, greenery, plants, flower beds, etc. Thus, walking to the beach is absolutely not stressful for anyone (I think even for those “sporty” ladies who in their homeland are used to walking with their feet “on their own” only from the door of the house to the door of the car! ). Although you can walk to the beach of other five hotels, there is an alley directly opposite the Magic Dream that will lead to the sea, this will reduce the distance to 200 meters, but there are sun loungers, etc. you will not take, but you can only swim. Transfer type "hotel-beach", "beach-hotel" does not exist in principle!!!!
It is about 1.5 km from the hotel to the city center of Kemer, we walked this distance slowly for 15-20 minutes (the hotel is not in the center, but this is good - it is calmer and there is a great mountain landscape around! ). Ride back and forth by taxi, etc. no point (it's not worth it, about 5 uev from the hotel to the center).
Of the minuses of the Magic Dream Hotel, the following should be noted: the rooms are small (a standard double is about 16 sq. m. ), it seems that there are even rooms without balconies, but there are few of them, and we lived in room 114 (this is like a mezzanine), with a balcony, opposite the pool and pulbara. During the day (namely, from 10.00 am to 11.00 pm) there (in the poolbar) the music is not childishly yelling (which, as a rule, has a pop Russian and European character). I must honestly say that after 23.00. All sorts of noise and pop are silenced. Thus, if you live with the doors open on the balcony, then the noise and music are heard very, very much, and with the balcony closed, it’s basically quiet, but the TV was still hard to hear (the music in the bar was louder than L)!

In principle, when we bought our tour at home in Odessa, the Last-minute Travel Agency (office on Rishelyevskaya St. ) “sacredly swore” that when we arrived at the hotel, we would be offered to choose several room options, or at least one of two free ones, such as we have the right to do so, such an order in the hotel, etc. (People do not believe in this nonsense!!!!! ). But when we arrived at the Hotel, everything had already been scheduled for a long time (even on the day of booking by the travel agency) by the hotel managers in advance, each tourist was assigned his own room in advance, and all this information was already crammed into their computers (no one at the reception anymore changes on the day of your arrival). Then you can wander around the hotel with this load for a long time and communicate with its rather stupid Turkish staff, but this doesn’t help at all - because they are not able to quickly resolve an issue of such complexity, but only refer to some English language (she doesn’t seem to speak English). Russian, damn it, is it in 4 stars something like that?! ) an aunt who they have like a senior / chief / top manager, and who is almost never in the hotel (we finally didn’t see her)!
At the beginning, after reading reviews about this hotel on Turpravda, we did not want to check into a room opposite the pool. The first day goes, like, adaptation in a new place, and at first it was a bit sad even for us, but then everyone let go!!!!
We even promised the stupid natives at the reception of the dough, as a reward for changing the room, and after three days they still offered us to move to a room on the other side of the hotel, but we really didn’t tense up from room 114, and didn’t move (in principle at night we returned to the hotel late, in the afternoon we often went on excursions or on the beach, so the music in the poolbar and other noise outside the windows did not bother us at all! ).
If you still want not to live next to music in a bar, then it makes sense to make an offer in your city, even at a travel agency, so that when booking a hotel room, indicate the wish that the hotel room should not overlook the side of the pool and pool bar ! At the same time, I advise you to shame the employees of the travel agency for lying and divorce, who will soar to you that everything will be changed for you on the spot, at the hotel - this is not true, and if they change, then not immediately on the day of arrival and with strain (plus they will still be waiting extra money from you for it). It is better to demand a discount for the fact that you will be settled in a hotel according to the "finger to the sky" scheme! Although, to be honest, any side of the hotel is acceptable for a comfortable stay!
In addition, I do not advise you to go to this hotel with children and elderly people, there is no animation, no other cultural and entertainment activities, except for the gym (only 2-3 exercise bikes and nothing more), and one evening with the "Turkish at night"! Children will be bored and sad there, however, as well as people who are over 50 years old.

A safe in the room costs 3 dollars a day, but in principle we didn’t need it, there is no theft in the hotel, in my opinion. And hide your mat. valuables can be even without a safe, somewhere in the room, away from the eyes of the cleaners!
Among other things, do not agree to buy excursions directly at the hotel, from guides from tour operators, it will be 2-3 times more expensive than in any office (I advise you to bargain harder with office hucksters, this really reduces the prices they declared at the beginning) on the streets Kemer, and never differs in terms of the conditions of the excursions themselves! TEZ TOUR, for example, was represented at the hotel by a blunt-nosed boy, about 20 years old, Dima, who did not cut a hollow in the resolution of any more or less difficult issues that arose, and could not even really sell his own range of expensive excursions!
In general, I would also note that the hotel staff are Turks, stupid by definition, but they understand the Russian language, mostly all Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians rest in the hotel, so in terms of communication you will not be bored!
For example, we never left tips in the hotel for anyone all the time, I think it’s pointless to do it there, no one really deserves them (only the bartender in the poolbar deserves the maximum - a kind, friendly type who has never been greedy with drinks)! It is better to spend this money on your loved ones.
Thus, you can go to the Magic Dream Resort in Kemer if you don’t pay dearly for it, and if you are ready to live on the second line from the sea, and also if you are ready to endure the disadvantages that I listed above, and I think you don’t have other disadvantages find it yourself! In addition, I think that living in Kemer itself is better than in the suburbs and surrounding villages, in which it is stupidly boring and from which everyone still goes to Kemer in the evenings to hang out.

If you decide to go to this hotel, then demand that its name be correctly indicated in the voucher, otherwise there is also some just “Magic”, so there is a three-ruble note of clean water and in a bad place - for expensive! Be careful! You will have a good rest in Magic Dream, and most importantly, what pleases is that in Kemer there are still a bunch of five-star hotels that are really no better than this four, and which also have a small hotel area and do not have their own beaches right under the hotel.
For all the details, write to me on the soap, I will be happy to share all the details:
I wish you all a pleasant holiday !!!!!!!!! !
