Rested with my husband in this "hotel" in July, it was our honeymoon.
The tour operator assured us that it was a solid four, with good food. Upon arrival in Aura, we realized that this is not a four, this hotel cannot even be given 2 stars. There is nothing to eat there, for breakfast, lunch and dinner, cold pasta, which is cooked in the morning, is served all day, sometimes seasoned with ketchup (apparently, so as not to stink). You can evaluate the condition of the room from the photos attached to the review, it's HORRIBLE! Everywhere there is mold, dirt, the rooms are not washed, they cannot eliminate the blockage in the bathroom until you start yelling and being indignant, and then the manager at the reception will tell you "why are you littering, but should we wash it? ". They have blockages in all rooms. Once, at our request, we were moved to another room, since ours did not have hot water and the water in the sink did not drain. As a result, the new room had a broken sink covered with mold and a blockage in the bathroom, also covered with mold and fungus. Horror? Let's go further! With us, one woman’s child was bitten by some unknown cockroach, and there was a fungus under the mattress, another girl became ill, but the administrators at the reception flatly refused to provide assistance and did not allow her husband to call an ambulance, took away the phone and cursed. Of course, there is no doctor in this hotel. There is no beach here, as the tour operator assured us. The beach turned out to be the private territory of the Daima hotel, which is a 10-minute walk away.

Conclusion: The administration and employees of this institution are rude, there is no food, fungus, mold and dirt are everywhere. It is better not to fly anywhere at all than to this hotel.
Plus a good DJ, who himself is not enthusiastic about this institution.
