People, do not waste your money and time on this hotel, which does not even deserve 2 stars. We "vacated" in July, arrived on a night flight and were at the hotel at 4-5 o'clock in the morning. They told us to wait until 14:00 to check in. They asked if there were any free places, but they said no. After 5 minutes they called and said that for 20 euros per person they would accommodate us. … More ▾ People, do not waste your money and time on this hotel, which does not even deserve 2 stars. We were checked into a terrible room with unsanitary conditions at 13:00: everything was stained, the shower seemed to be in a public place, it simply did not exist, the village shower was cleaner and smelled more pleasant. I opened the toilet seat and immediately there was a smell of ammonia, they were probably just wiping it of dust. On the sofa, as if someone had slept before us, everything was covered in yellow spots. I told the reception about this, and they immediately changed the room (this is something usual, since we saw 7 couples with us who changed the first rooms under the same conditions). We changed to a room on the 5th floor, where the air conditioning did not work and there was no smell of cleaning. It’s 40 degrees hot in the room, we haven’t slept for days, but they don’t care.
I told the reception, a scandal began, where they told me that this was normal and they wouldn’t help me with anything else. They started calling the police, telling us not to show off in a foreign country. At this time I saw how in the kitchen the tables where the food is and where we will eat were washed with water and a mop that had previously been used to wash the floor. Everyone is trying to make money off of you. I went to get myself a soda, and they asked me for a dollar, since it was paid. I show the hotel bracelet, to which he brazenly asks for a tip. I said no, which made him angry. As for the staff, it's a different story: there is no place where you can retire. We were sleeping in a room, and a woman simply opened the door to us, walked into the room, and opened the refrigerator. When asked who she was and what she was doing, she said that she was looking for something, maybe she would find it. This happened 2 times during the entire vacation when we were in the room. Yes, and they probably come in every day, because things were not in their place, and 10 euros were stolen from us.
But to change the towels or just supply toilet paper - no, they are just looking for something. The food is disgusting, tasteless or has a vinegary taste to the whole dish. The only normal drinks are tea and cola. I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW FOR YOU, PEOPLE. PLEASE DON'T REPEAT OUR MISTAKES! FOR THIS MONEY YOU WILL FIND A BETTER OPTION THAN THIS AND YOU CAN EVEN SAVE!

The administration knows all this: that in almost all of their rooms the refrigerators do not work, that the shower and toilet are in poor condition, the TVs either do not show at all, or there is only one Turkish channel and that’s it. They just pretend that they will fix everything, write everything down in a notebook and then go out into the cold. So people come around for a couple of days, and then look, it’s time to leave. They are not going to fix anything. The food is monotonous, there are a lot of fried semi-finished products, they only look like meat, and there is only soy. It's better to eat chicken or fish already. In short, you can even lose weight. The dining room is dirty. I had a fly in my milk porridge, they just took it out with a spoon and, like, that’s it, you can continue to eat. This hotel has the only advantage of having a close view of the mountains and the sea. But this is not their merit.
The beach is small, also dirty, there are not enough sun loungers for everyone. And there are a lot of stones, so without special shoes there will be flour there. Well, there are them at every step, sometimes 10, sometimes 5 dollars. Internet costs $11 for 7 days and is distributed only to one device. In short, sheer sadness. Choose another hotel, but on this one you need to hang a barn lock and close it. The main pool, by the way, is rather deep, about 165 cm approximately. And there is no smooth approach. So if children swim poorly, then only with circles or armbands. And the small pool, well, it can be up to an adult’s knee, only very young children can splash around there. I liked the village of Kirish itself. Kemer is close. Lots of shops. Just don’t go to this hotel, choose any other and you won’t go wrong.

We were given a room under the roof on the 4th floor 507. In the room, the curtain does not close because the arched cornice and curtains roll down. I wanted to choke them with my finger, but they started jumping like fleas and wouldn’t choke with my finger. I looked at the floor and they were there and on the walls too. He seems to be at a loss as to what it is that suggested, after all, number 507 is the one under the roof. I agreed, the admin went with me to carry my suitcases.
And then there’s a problem with the lock; we can’t get into the room to pick up our things. We wait until he finds a spare key. Entering 507, he began to repair the curtains, placing pieces of paper so that they would not slide down. (I’ll add a photo) on the floor I saw the same creature as in room 203. The administrator tried to crush him with his finger but to no avail. I asked if they had a normal, clean room, to which I received the answer: “I think they are all like that. ” Sleeping with the thought that you are not alone in bed is such a pleasure. In the morning, my son and I went to the pool and slide - this is the only plus of this hotel. The pool bar is in very poor condition. Everything is dirty, stinks, swarming with flies and bees. The juice machine often only leaks water, or it is simply turned off to save money, just like the coffee machine. Cola and Sprite with a strange aftertaste, no forfeits. I haven't tried alcohol. The coffee and tea were delicious but also often ran out. The glasses and plates are reusable plastic.
Which the bartender rinsed with just water on the bar. The food is not very varied. What can be called from meat is chicken liver with hearts, stewed chicken pieces, grilled chicken backs, stewed potatoes with chicken gizzards, semi-finished products such as kebab. Once there was baked mackerel. Vegetables, fruits, salads. Desserts for Eid al-Fitr were Turkish sweets. The beach is a 7 minute walk away. But the beach is tough, of course. I really love the sea in Kemer, but here in Kirishi even it looks dull. Because the beach has been destroyed by people and probably no one is going to put it in order. (I will add a photo). Sun loungers are scattered, there is a lot of garbage, there are water attractions on both sides, umbrellas are lying on the beach. The area smells like cat urine. The elevators don't work. The room was not cleaned for 10 days. The hotel is just dying. I've seen more than one economy hotel, but this one is simply the worst. I would say that this is 2 stars and not 4. There are 10 staff.
They are both bartenders and cleaners. Drinks often run out and are not replenished. The juice and coffee machines are often turned off. Only included during lunch and dinner. The restaurant is very stuffy and the air conditioning is not turned on. The forks often ran out and I stood there waiting 15 minutes for them to arrive. There is no rush to clear dirty plates from the tables at all (I’ll add a photo). The photo shows the tables during lunch. I asked to remove one table because there was no place to sit. Some people ate while standing. Hotel guests often drink near the pool at night without cleaning up after themselves. In the morning you can see the remnants of yesterday's luxury. The staff does not clean the tables between the sun loungers. When occupying a sun lounger, you need to take this table away yourself so that you don’t feel this aroma while sunbathing. I talked to the store clerks near the hotel and they say that the hotel was closed for several years and now it has been opened. And this is very noticeable. The staff does not want to work and in general it was very rare to meet them.
The tiles near the pool are always dirty. It was never washed during our stay. The hotel area is small. And she is not well-groomed. Lots of layouts and insects. Huge beetles about 5 cm in color, black and brown, are running around (they look like cockroaches to me). The first time I left the hotel, I was happy with the desire to forget this hotel like a bad dream and never return there again.

Conclusion: It is better to choose another hotel for the rest. The number of minuses significantly exceeds the number of pluses.

Removed the day before departure. Once. Removed something said loudly, of course. Although I asked earlier. Just ignored.

The bartender said in a boorish tone that "there is no such thing" when I asked for a disposable glass for a drink. But still then giving. I used only disposable dishes, because the dishes there are a separate topic. People are looking for clean plates to take to eat. Lots of obviously dirty dishes, with leftovers from previous meals.
The same bartender asked me and my friend, who had an injured leg, to sit at another table, because he wanted to sit at the one where we were sitting. Horror.

Flies hang out right above the food. If you do not take this into account, the food here is probably a plus ... , many, different dishes, sweets, watermelon, delicious side dishes. Coffee is great, but delicious beer and juices.

As for whether the hotel meets its price ...then no. I'm not ready to pay for not sleeping through those horrible "discos" in ten days, if you can call it that. If not, then the hotel would be worth it. And this, I think, will not allow either 3 stars or 5 stars in the hotel. This is unacceptable anywhere. As well as dirty dishes, bedding and rudeness.
In my opinion, the number of stars is about the interior of the room, perhaps the condition of the beach and sunbeds, varied and delicious food or not. But everything I described above is something that will not be allowed anywhere.
It was best to eat less but clean dishes.
Let the room be with the worst renovation, but clean bedding, etc. , because there is a limit to everything, at least. Therefore, I do not recommend this hotel.

I will note that talking to a European family, they learned that they have some claims to some trifles, because their extensive experience in hotels in different countries gives them the opportunity to meticulously compare.
In general, the dissatisfaction of some commentators is somewhat surprising.
There seem to be two options: either people have just left the collective farm and pretend to be aristocrats, such as the homeland of Sirkiv and Svirid Golokhvosty, or people inadequately choose a place to rest if they actually dine in restaurants and do not see the third floor without an elevator. It seems that the whole thing is in adequate perception.
And yet, it is easy to learn a couple of phrases in Turkish, as from "Merhab" (Hello), "Teshekur" (Thank you), "Chok Guzel" (Very good), it always gives a positive reaction and additional kindness ...respect for us . . We liked the holiday in all respects, it corresponds to the money. With higher demands you should look for other hotels with a higher level - and for a higher price. Have a nice holiday! At the reception they looked in their safes for lost things, they were not there. I thought I left them at home, but they were not at home either. For three days I went in shock and did not understand what was happening, my son was left in his shorts and shorts with a T-shirt in which he flew in. Well, for my joy, I had two shorts and 2 T-shirts. On the fourth day of our vacation, standing at the bar for a beer, I was just stunned, the bartender who poured the beer was wearing my son's shirt, of course I turned to the reception, they called the maid and the 5th floor, who cleaned the room on the first day and then at I was not only shocked, my speech was taken away... The maid came in my T-shirt... When asked where she got it, she said that she found it on the first floor under the bed. Disassembly began, as a result, after an hour of talking to the hotel administration, they announced that they would pay me $ 50 and I would forget everything and I would not have any complaints against them, we fired the maid (she was a refugee from Syria), what claims can we have. We do not know how many things you had, maybe you want to update your wardrobe at the expense of us.
Further, there was a hotel guide to whom I wrote a complaint, they called the police (friends of the manager came, who dance and drink in the hotel every other day, in shorts and caps) all the laws are on their side and if I turn to them, I will sue the Syrian refugee , who was left without a job and will not pay me anything. The cameras that day to view were turned off, things as proof that they are mine, I have a photo where I am in this T-shirt, they threw it away. In general, they did everything to protect themselves. Brought $50 and that's it.
Guys, all who are going to go to this hotel, think, you need it... It will be a 100% ruined vacation. The owners are horrible, I have never seen such greed. Meals - vegetables, ace poured over with some kind of sour sauce, if they didn’t eat it in the morning, they put sour for lunch, the chef gives one piece of chicken meat, a piece of 5 cm, the fish was 2 times, fried herring and fried mackerel... Fu... Sweets are very few of them dismantled and not tasty. They don’t give water, only you need to go down to the spill and collect it yourself in the dining room. It often runs out and you have to buy in a store for $ 2. Bar, 2 drinks beer and wine (it stinks of some kind of mash, sour).
Evening program, the speaker yells, you can’t hear the music of Turkish songs, as the hotel is full of Turks resting, they dance and clap to themselves, drunk as a brat. And in the morning, children swim in the pool and yelling music with mats (there is video confirmation of this).
On the territory of dirt, the smell of urine of cats everywhere. There are spiders, maskites and even cockroaches in the hotel.
It's a miserable hole where all the staff wants to fool you with them generally start on people. Every day everyone is indignant and screaming, but they don't care!
People! Read this review before you travel to this shithole and God bless you from this hotel and nasty staff!
