The territory is very good, beautiful, clean, the pools are also excellent. The beach is a convenient entry into the sea, there were always enough sunbeds for everyone. The food is excellent, everything is fresh, the choice is very large, on Friday there is a day of sushi. Large selection of fruits is a huge plus! Every day something new is added to the diet, the child ate with pleasure. Although when compared with the Orange County Resort Hotel 5 * (2 years ago), then there are queues for meat and food all with spices, it’s also more expensive !! . You won't be hungry for sure! ) The waiters cleaned quickly. The service is very good both in the restaurant and in the hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is fine in the bars too, there is imported alcohol, and if you want it to be brought to you, then you need to ask not just whiskey, but red label, as well as with other drinks. Before lunch, canned beer and gas are served near the pool. drinks cola, sprate, etc. Near the pool in the garden they make delicious cakes, very tasty with ayran. From 2 to 4 ice cream, a large selection, I'm not a fan of it to everyone and the child liked it). The entertainment is very good, different shows, there were fireworks, a disco, karaoke, there is a stand with an announcement of events for the day, you can still ask the animators ! ! Great guys ! ! Funny and positive! Children's animation is also good, ours went only to the evening mini- disco sometimes, but you can’t pull it out of the water. They settled us quickly, but the air conditioner did not work in the first room, we changed it to another one on the 6th floor, with a beautiful view of the mountains! The repair was done in 2013 cosmetically, it is clear that a little mold was covered in the shower, the furniture is not the newest (after all, the hotel is from 2000), but nothing fell off, the safe was activated the next day, there was no key to it open. The beds are two separate, connected together, double said only on the first floor. The air conditioner worked well, only at night it automatically turned on at 26 degrees, while our relatives worked well at night. Cleaning is normal, not great, but towels were changed, bathroom accessories and minibar (fanta, cola, sprite, 2 bottles of water with and without gas, children's juices) were replenished every day. We slept with the window closed, as it was hot outside, no noises interfered with sleep. The child went to bed at 10 pm, and also no music and extraneous noise disturbed. In general, this hotel is quite calm, a lot of families with children, even with babies, cross the bridge and there Kimeros Park Holiday Village 5 *, where shows, disco and entertainment take place every day, and residents share the territory of 2 hotels. Wi fi worked almost everywhere, but not always fast) but if you are close to the router then the speed is good! The only thing that upset us upon arrival was the rooms, but we only slept in them and in fact they are not so "old". We are 100% satisfied with our vacation! We think we will return again, they promise to make repairs in the rooms this year) I advise everyone, the main thing is to go on vacation and not look for negativity! !
