Although this was my ninth trip to Turkey, this time I discovered a country so familiar and even almost native to me from a new, amazing and very attractive side. I discovered Kemer. Before that, she traveled to Side, Belek and Alanya, but she had never been to the west of Antalya. And the time of the year - autumn - also turned out to be a little exotic for me to travel to the resort, because before that I always went only in the summer. In short - the same country, but a different airport of departure (I flew from Dnepropetrovsk, my city, and not from Zaporozhye, as usual), a different region and a different season ...
But for 10 days of my stay in Kemer (or rather, in the village of Chamyuva, which means "pine nest"), I fell in love with its dazzling turquoise, clean and transparent sea, majestic mountains covered with forests and amazing air, which is obtained after mixing cold and dry air from the mountains and moist and warm air from the sea ...
I went with the tour operator TezTour - well done! The transfer flew by unnoticed - the guide entertained us with tales, stories, legends, anecdotes ...In the Tunnel of Desires, we held our breath, raised our hands up, closed our eyes and made a wish, and in the Tunnel of Sins we loudly clapped our hands, clearing ourselves of sins : ))) ) We met, saw off - everything was on the level. The hotel guide Arif at the information meeting gave very detailed information and sensibly answered all questions.

Hotel and territory
When I arrived at the Stella Hotel 4 *, there were no available rooms, and I settled in the neighboring Chamyuva Beach 4 + * hotel. Compared to Stella - heaven and earth! The territory is bigger, there is a relaxation area with a jacuzzi pool, 2 working (! ) water slides, the food is very tasty and quite varied, a lot of sweets and fruits. Five stars are not given to the hotel, judging by the stories of the staff, only because of the small territory and poor animation.
But if you compare it with Stella, it's just PARADISE...
And there was also a feeling that, as in Meladze's song - "I'm a foreigner everywhere", : ) because in Chamyuva Beach I had the right to eat only once, and then only spend the night, and go to Stella to eat ...two hotels. Not far, thank God...: )
Stella has practically no territory as such. All of it is occupied by a small but deep pool with a single water slide, which was turned on extremely rarely, a children's pool, more like a puddle, a pool bar, something like a big box that hosts evening shows (there was no daytime animation) and several tables related to the restaurant. On the remaining territory there is a small hotel itself. Everything.

Number
I wanted a room with a view of the pool, but at the reception they gave me a room with a view of the road, mountains and roofs of neighboring hotels, room 503 on the 5th floor, arguing that, they say, the view of the mountains is more romantic, and by the pool music in the evenings rumbles, even then you yourself will say thank you. The funny thing is that they turned out to be right - looking at the awesome mountains was much more pleasant than looking at our miserable territory. : )) The road, by the way, did not interfere.

The room has a balcony with a table and chairs, 2 fairly wide twin-beds that can be moved together. The air conditioner is individual, it works at any time and cools very soundly, after 5 minutes in a hot and stuffy room - a refrigerator! : )) On TV they show Channel One, RTR-Culture and a couple of some other Russian channels, on one - clips, and on the other - a round-the-clock hysterical quiz like "make a word out of letters, call, name it and win!!! "
The rest of the channels are German, Turkish, Polish and English CNN. The furniture in the room is very good, solid, wooden, the front door is also wooden. There is a 2-liter bottle of water in the minibar, if you drink it, you can ask for a new one, they will give it for free. To get electricity in the room, you need to insert the key fob into the socket.
There is a safe in the closet, rent - $ 2 / day. In the bathroom there is a shower, a good hair dryer, shampoos on the shelf (replenished when cleaning, if they see that the shampoo is running out or has already been used, shampoos, by the way, are normal), a bathroom. Everything is working. The only complaint is that the sliding doors of the cabin do not close well and the switch from the tap to the shower is very tight, only a very strong person can switch it.
Room cleaning - a separate song: ) Maid (th?
) - the boy Zafer, 19 years old, constantly smiles, knows Russian very well, although the Turk himself (which is surprising, since the technical staff usually does not speak foreign languages), is very dexterous and agile, cleans the room effortlessly, but very high quality. After seeing his work, I left him a 1 lira tip, and during the whole time of my stay the room was always literally licked. He comes when it is convenient not for him, but for the tourist. By the way, the guy is very honest, he does not take anything, even such a trifle as open chips or cookies. If you treat him, he will not refuse, but he will not take it without asking. Well done!

Service, staff
In general, apart from certain harmful personalities like the Turkmen Mukhabat at the reception and some managers, the attitude towards tourists is very friendly, welcoming and friendly. Bartender Tarkan - that's as lucky as anyone.

It can make a beautiful cocktail, or instead of a whole glass of cola, pour half a glass or a glass, but Fanta, or into plastic instead of glass. Because of his protruding hair, tourists came up with the nickname "Two fingers in a socket" for him: ))) All the hotel staff know Russian well, so there will be no difficulties in communication.

Food, restaurant
I will say right away - I am not picky about food. But the food in this hotel is perhaps its biggest minus. From meat - only chicken, stewed with vegetables, completely tasteless. I think any of us who are not completely crooked and at least understand something in cooking would cook chicken much better! Every day the chicken was cooked in exactly the same way. A couple of times there was fish for dinner, for lunch somehow God sent a kind of pickled sprat : ))) Boiled rice was mainly for garnish. Some kind of french fries was only 1 day.
There is no need to talk about the variety of food, the assortment is incredibly meager for 4 stars (there is something to compare with). Pasta with yogurt, vegetables, vegetables, vegetables, leafy cabbage salads. From fruits - pieces of tasteless grassy melon and plums, once "thrown away" (by God, it's tempting to compare with the shortage of Soviet times! ) grapes. EVERYONE DID NOT ENOUGH, PEOPLE SHARE WITH EACH OTHER!! ! For dinner, they fried either meat or liver, but again, there was not enough for everyone. Additions were never made. If you missed some dish - that's your problem: (((
For breakfast - no scrambled eggs, no pancakes, absolutely nothing hot, except for tea and coffee, milk and then cold. Eggs are only hard-boiled, and they are clearly overcooked, bluish yolk. Again vegetables. I ate a year ahead of vegetables: )) There were several loaves of bread and a knife in the basket, come and cut yourself as much as you want. There were no buns or anything like that for show.
The sweets that were taken out for lunch and dinner were completely tasteless and only 2-3 types. The lack of variety and poor quality of food is explained by the fact that the hotel is closing soon and therefore little food is being brought in, but sorry, we paid money, please feed us normally!

In theory, lunch at 17.00 should be held with coffee, tea, pastries and sweets. In the first days of my stay, there was no baking at all, only tea and coffee, several people were sitting at the table, including me, they said to the waiter: "We are hungry, please bring at least a piece of bread! ", To which he replied: "Not I can, I can't. " Then lunch passed under cookies. As usual, there was not enough for everyone. I can’t say if the coffee is delicious, because I don’t like it and haven’t drunk it, but I’ve never had tea in tea bags. The choice of tea is huge - weakly brewed, medium and strong tea: ))))))
In the restaurant - fat flies that climb everywhere. Tablecloths and cutlery were not always clean.
But I was glad that there were always enough places, the waiters are very friendly, neat, tidy and clean the dishes on time, you don’t even always have time to notice - when did he come up? : ) But in general, the food is HORRIBLE under the motto "Hurry to gobble up if you can": )))))
It’s good that there are small restaurants in the village where you can have a hearty and very tasty meal for a moderate fee : ) I recommend Urfa Kebap Restaurant or if you rent a car, you can go to the mountain village of Ulupinar, there are several restaurants, including a stunning fish restaurant, where The fish are grown and cooked by themselves. Russian is understood everywhere and they take any currency, just come on : )))

Beach, sea, pool
As I already wrote, the sea is very clean and transparent, amazing turquoise color.
The beach is pebbly, it is not located directly, but a little away from the hotel, but I sunbathed on the beach of another hotel, which was right, and no one kicked me out and didn’t say a word, so you can go there so as not to stomp to Stella’s beach, but the sea is the same everywhere. : ) The beaches, although they belong to hotels, are not guarded, there is a promenade between the beaches and hotels, where anyone can walk, so do not leave valuables unattended, there are even signs reminding you of this.
The entrance to the sea is a medium-sized pebble. I don’t understand those who walk on it in shoes - after all, this is a free acupressure of the feet and a free pedicure! There are enough sun loungers and mattresses for everyone, not torn, not broken, but with umbrellas there is some tension. but in autumn you can lie under the open sun and not burn out - it is no longer scorching, but gentle.

Walking from Stella to the sea is not 150, as they say on the websites, but probably all 350 m, on the way to the sea there are 3 more hotels in front of Stella, but it’s nice to walk, although, of course, they will invite you to shops. : ) Well, how without it?
The pool is clean, deep, but the water in it is very cold, somewhere around 20 degrees, maybe less. During the day, the pool does not warm up, because the sun shines on it only in the morning, and from noon it is covered by the shadow of the hotel. A huge minus is the terrible smell of bleach on the skin and swimsuit, which remains after swimming in the pool. But almost no one swam there, everyone went to the sea. The children's pool is also clean, reminiscent of a small puddle with a depth of even a child's ankle. The only water slide was turned on very rarely, probably because there were few children.

Entertainment, animation
Mdaaa...
There was no daytime animation at all, and such dull music poured out of the speakers on the territory during the day that I wanted, without exaggeration, to go and kill myself against a tree! : ) Well, I'm a lover and connoisseur of Turkish music, but I can't stand SUCH howls. What about others?? ? In the evening, the music became more fun, there was a mini-disco, but then it was gone (either the animator's season ended, or there were no children, I don't know) There were shows in the evenings, but I didn't go to them, so I won't judge the quality. People spit : )

Conditions for recreation with children
The restaurant has highchairs for children, you can rent a stroller (probably for an additional fee), the aforementioned children's pool and that's it. But I repeat - there were only a few children, and their parents were engaged in them, maybe that's why there was nothing special for the children. Nevertheless, I rested at the end of September-beginning of October, not the "children's" season ...

Little Tips
one.

Do not buy excursions from a hotel guide at exorbitant prices. It is better to take tickets from the travel agency "GinzaTravel" checked by many tourists, including me. The quality is the same, and the prices are 2-3 times lower than those of the guide. If you stand with your back to the hotel and go to the left, then after 5-7 minutes you will see a large office with a bright yellow sign - this is it. I took the "Picnic-Fishing" excursion and was very pleased. There are 2 types of this excursion - cheaper, to a mountain river for a few hours, and more expensive, to a mountain lake, with a stop at the Green Canyon and for the whole day. Take the one that is more expensive, only $15 more expensive, but incomparably more interesting.

2. You can bring chocolates, vodka or cigarettes to the reception in the form of a bribe. Although Mukhabat is harmful, it is better to be friends with her, she runs the show. But if she says that something is black, you need to understand that it is white (that is, if she says that dinner today is very tasty food, then you can not go to it at all : ))

3.
Do not bargain in markets and pharmacies - there are fixed prices. I like to bargain myself, but you need to know the places where you can do it. It is disgusting to look at tourists who, with crazy eyes and foam at the mouth, are trying to bargain for half a dollar (completely incompetent) ...

And finally, 4 is the most important. Take with you a lot of good mood and refuel your sense of humor - it will be very useful to you. : )))) Have a good rest!

As for me, I hope to come to Kemer more than once. But in Stella more NO FOOT.
