We flew to Turkey for the first time, but because of the attitude of the hotel and the guide of the Anex Tour company, the impression was not the most positive. Let's write factually. We were politely smiled, given the keys and settled in the villa. When we were taken to the room, it is not enough to say that we were in shock. The room is old, dirty, not cleaned, hair in the bed. The table on the balcony is burnt. The furniture is old. We came back and asked to change our room. They said there were no others. Then we asked the main manager to go to the room, showed it to him, asked if this was a 4-5 star hotel room ??? ? He replied that all their rooms are like that, and there is no point in moving to others. We called our representative Anex Tour Ramis, to which he reassured us and asked us to wait until the morning. OK. In the morning we met and Ramis said that there were no rooms, we would try to change in a couple of days. And the fact that we are newlyweds, no one knew. It turns out that no one has heard about cleaning before the arrival of guests, and they do it all the time. That is, the hotel considers it absolutely normal not to prepare the room for the arrival of guests. Naturally, we never changed the number. We decided to ignore it and enjoy our holiday. What follows is even funnier. Seeing that we calmed down about the number (we simply scored), Ramis began to offer excursions. We declined because we didn't plan to. To which Ramis said that he was putting us out of the hotel and that our health insurance would be blocked. Walking along the street, many agencies invited us on excursions, and we became interested. Arriving at the hotel in the evening after the first tour, Ramis saw us and began to shout to the whole street that we should be ashamed. To my question: why, we decide how to organize our vacation, he replied that he would block our insurance for us !!!! ! ! ! To the question: do you really have a right to this, he replied: "I have the right to everything here. " We were just in shock.
