But with the advent of the new owner probably everything has changed. The hotel was full at the beginning of June and it seemed that it was not designed for so many people. it was not necessary to come in advance only for breakfast, lunch and dinner if you come 10 minutes later, there were simply no places. I had to come in an hour to find a place and then wait for the table to be cleared and the appliances to be brought. The waiters were clearly not enough and they worked hard. There were a lot of broken glasses and unwashed plates and cups in the restaurant. I'm not nitpicking, but I just haven't seen it anywhere else. Once there were four broken glasses on one table. I have repeatedly seen waiters collecting disposable beer glasses from the beach. Everything else is more or less. Don't worry about it, although it's annoying. Now let's move on to the beach. It seems that the beach is generally from another hotel. The beach is dirty and uncomfortable. There are not enough beds. If you come at ten o'clock, then there will be no place to sit at all. the pool is the same picture but it is at least understandable. On the promotional photo of the hotel there are only stationary umbrellas and on the right and left there is a large empty space, so in early June this space was completely filled with people and new sunbeds were brought every day. There was a city beach nearby and differed from ours only in that there were more people there and there were no mattresses. on the beds. Entry into the sea is inconvenient, very large stones, so you need a special one. shoes. The sea is dirty, the water is crystal clear, but food is constantly floating in it, some leaves, food leftovers, some kind of foam all the time, empty bottles and bags. Not always, of course, but there was not a single day that this was not present. But this is of course not the hotel's fault but its location. Near the city beach with a bunch of cafes. People from other hotels constantly ply through the beach. Then the truth was stopped, because on the right there was some kind of Kazakh residence where their flag hung, next to the Turkish one, and the passage through their piece of beach was closed. By the way, the flag of Kazakhstan is also on the pier of the hotel. Towels are given in any quantity and they do not need to be handed over, this is a big minus, because everyone takes places everywhere, both by the pool and on the beach, and even when they leave, they leave the towels and it is not clear who is in this place or not. Rest mainly Germans 30, Russians 10, Turks 10, English speaking. 10, the rest is Ukraine. In general, if you are going to sit in the pool and have a drink in the beautiful setting of the lobby bar, then this is for you. If you are going to swim in the sea and you have children, then you should go to another hotel. All this was a little annoying when the water was cool and not very drawn to sit in the sea, but what will happen when the sea is warm and you don’t want to get out of it and there will be even more people. In general, a pretentious hotel with a bad beach and not important service. But this is the merit of the hotel management. Probably something will change when the price rises by the middle of summer almost twice. We paid for 2+1 for 14 nights. 113000 rub. and in August, the same nemer costs 190.000.
