Impressions are generally good. I can definitely say that this is not a five-star hotel, but a sure good four.
In general, the territory of the hotel is small, but well-groomed and green. The rooms are located in two buildings that are connected by the ground floor, which houses the restaurant and reception.
I'll start with the check-in: we arrived at the hotel at about 9:30, we were put on bracelets and sent to have breakfast. After breakfast we were seated immediately.
Food: the food was very tasty, there was a choice of fruits, a choice of meat, I didn’t get bored in 8 days. Only the breakfasts were the same.
From 12 to 16 there is a restaurant on the beach, where you can have a bite to eat too.
Ice cream is served three times a day.

BUT now there were a lot of tourists, a full hotel and there were queues everywhere. And for food, because you can’t take it yourself. The cooks impose, and you stand behind the ribbon and poke your finger. Chefs almost always understand in Russian what you need. There are also most often queues at the bar, but you can catch a moment when it will be tolerable. The bartenders understand Russian well. Beer and sodas are delicious, but with the arrival of people, they began to dilute a little.
Beach: private, half-covered, good, two-level, and there is a large covered pier with sun loungers. Sunbeds in the shade on the beach and by the pool usually take everything, but you can find a place almost without problems.
Animation Entertainment: very good, positive and groovy guys. There are four of them and the host of programs in the evenings. Everyone speaks Russian. Constantly hold some kind of activity, games, competitions. All great fellows.
Of the minuses: the wife was not congratulated on her birthday at all. Then it turned out that there is such an option, but it costs $ 25 for a mini-fireworks, a bottle of champagne and a small cake.
Separately, I want to mention a couple who give out towels and part-time manage the SPA on the -1 floor.
On the first day, when we came to get towels, they immediately started selling us their program for $20. I said 5 times "give us towels, and then we'll think about it" it was all ignored. Finally, towels were given and we left. The next day, they walked along the beach and continued to pester people and persuade them to buy their massages.
These people are problematic and dishonest. Do not be fooled by what they tell you and ask for the rules for exchanging towels.
For the whole holiday, we changed towels twice and both were with scandals and quarrels. And in the end they told me that I came every day to change.
The hotel check-out takes place at 12:00 and if you do not vacate the room by this time, there will be a fine.
We extended the room from 12 to 17:00 for $50. The bracelets were not cut at all. We went to dinner, to the bar, everywhere.
Rest in general was a success. The sea is warm, the beach is clean and of moderate size. There is enough for everyone, the mountains are very beautiful.
