As for the "four", the food is very even on the level: meat, fish, snacks, a lot of salads, desserts, a variety of tasty treats and always fruits. They also prepared snacks before and after dinner. I especially liked that it was not necessary to run in the forefront so as not to remain hungry; we usually came an hour after the start and everything was enough.
