Ужасный отель Terrible hotel

We have been resting in Turkey for 14 years. I never wrote reviews, because everything was always worthy, a little better, a little worse. This time we got to Otium Inn Residence Rivero Hotel 4 *. And I really want to warn people. I have never seen a dirtier hotel (if the sun lounger is dirty, old; if the beach umbrella is dirty and old, the chairs in the restaurant are already sticky from dirt, the tables are dirty, but wiped, it stinks with a rag to the point of nausea).
They settled us with a child in Block "A" (by the pool) No. 103. The room is just tiny. Music from morning to night. But even that can be overcome. A few days later, water leaked from the ceiling in the bathroom. Everything smelled of dampness. We turned to the reception, they said that they would send the master and so for four days. And the water kept flowing and flowing. When there was a day left before departure, they offered to move to another room. But it didn't make sense anymore.
Room cleaning must be ordered, BUT (! ) Even if you ordered it, it is not a fact that they will come to clean it. We only got out the third time.

The food at the hotel is not very good to say the least. The first time I saw powdered mashed potatoes in Turkey! For breakfast, the child had nothing to eat at all.
There is a playground, BUT (! ) It is all broken. The trampoline is torn, half of the springs are missing. The children's house is falling apart, tied with wire. The mattresses are tattered and dirty.
The hotel beach is far away (by bus 7-10 minutes, on foot 40-45 minutes), only water, chemical juices and tea and coffee are free on the beach. But (! ) Sunbeds and umbrellas are normal, there is plenty of space. You can always find free places.
The beach bus is a different story. Initially, the driver loaded everyone who wanted it, but after he was fined, it began... The driver yelled like a victim, so that there would not be more passengers than seats. It was simply not possible to get on the bus with children, as citizens vacationing without children climbed right over their heads. Accordingly, the bus schedule was out of the question. As the driver wanted, so he drove.
Summing up: the hotel is terrible and does not pull on 4 *, it is simply in a deplorable state. There is not enough master's hand to put everything in order.
