Upon arrival at the lobby, they listened to all our wishes and settled in a room after renovation in the main building on the second floor. The balcony overlooked Kirish and Alva Donna with a view of the mountains and the garden. Maybe not the best view in this hotel, but quiet and comfortable. For us three adults, this was what we voiced in the lobby. The room had: one double bed, one single bed, a couple of bedside tables, an LCD TV, a safe, a mini-bar, etc. by the list. The air conditioner worked well, but we used it for the first couple of days, then did not turn it on, it was already so comfortable. Yes, there was a slight smell of sewage from the shower room, but these are the builders' miscalculations during the renovation. After daily cleaning, the room smelled good and towels were changed.
The territory is well-groomed and cozy. I agree with all the previous reviews.
