There are not enough dishes, we bought ourselves glasses for tea. The rooms are smoky, I had to choose, since there was a choice. There is no cleaning in the rooms, for three days no one even took out the garbage. The faucets in the kitchen and in the shower dangle unscrewed, apparently kept only on hoses. The entrance to the hotel (at the reception) is down the stairs, we were with a baby in a stroller, we had to drag it up and down all the time. The owner is also handsome, he put his Opel right next to the gate to the hotel, although there was where to park nearby, with a stroller you had to dodge to get to the hotel. Breakfasts are monotonous, potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, eggs, sausage, cheese, all of the same kind.
Financial issues: the hotel withdrew the full cost of living a week before arrival, but upon arrival, it turned out that they allegedly did not receive the money. I showed them the bank application - it was useless, I talked with booking, they confirmed that the hotel had received the payment. Booking advised to deal with the hotel directly. The hotel did not want to resolve the issue, I had to pay again in cash, because it was not possible to urgently search for other housing with a baby. After the settlement, I wrote an application to the bank to protest the payment, the bank also said that the money had reached the hotel. Tip: do not prepay, pay in cash upon arrival, but it is better to find another option.
