The hotel is excellent, the staff is very polite and friendly. Everyone is very attentive and always ready to help.
I would like to mention Oksana (travel agent), who spoke in detail about the area, the hotel, pastime options, was very friendly and smiling.
At the hotel we were met by Natalia, who immediately placed us in a room (which was very nice after a long journey), and fed us.

I want to mention our animator Junior, who entertained the guests, did not leave them bored, despite the fact that we arrived out of season, we were not bored!

I also liked the room, there was a small balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains! The room had everything you need for a stay.
The buffet is super, very tasty food and lots of choice! The only thing I didn't like was the wine. I also didn't like the coffee in the restaurant, but they made us a great latte in the lobby bar!
We went on a tour, where there was a wonderful guide, who spoke very interestingly and joked.
