When we went to this hotel, we heard a lot that the beach is allegedly far away, that everything is paid there. . . But no! There was a pleasant surprise regarding the sea. Just 15 minutes to walk at a leisurely pace, after a hearty breakfast (lunch) - it's even useful! Too lazy to walk - there is a free bus that runs every hour. On the beach sun loungers, umbrellas - free of charge. Paid - only bar. But this is not for everyone. The hotel has nice staff, impeccably polite and helpful, and always very friendly! The hotel is small, the atmosphere is a large friendly family, where after 1-2 days everyone already knows each other and everyone greets. What particularly struck me was the impeccable appearance of the attendants: snow-white shirts (and how do they only bleach them ??? ), black trousers (no jeans-shorts! ), mirror-polished closed black shoes, despite the heat (no flip-flops - slates! ). These guys, if you watch a little, work both in a bar and in a restaurant, from about 7 a. m. to 00 a. m. (every day the same ones), and this is not an easy job! They pour and clear tables, wash the floors in the pool, dishes in the kitchen and much more. . . Outwardly, no one will notice that they get tired, like all normal people, they always have a pleasant (and not forced! ) smile for vacationers, courtesy and a desire to be useful. Very beautiful, young and pleasant boys! Thanks to them for their hard work! Of the shift administrators, only one spoke Russian as fluently as all our compatriots. By the way, I asked him to move my daughter and me to another room, and I was given a room in accordance with my wishes. I didn’t like the old one because it was in the sun, but I wanted it in the shade. But this is a matter of taste. And the rest of the administrators spoke English, but understood Russian! But it was even funny! There were no language barriers. The room was cleaned daily and normally without any tips. Special thanks to a guy named Emre, who meets all newcomers on the territory of the pool and invites to the Turkish bath. Turkish bath (hamam) is something not to be missed! This is truly a magical act that you should definitely experience at the beginning of your holiday: for fabulous pleasure, as well as for the tan to lie down quickly and evenly. Despite the fact that we had already gone to the hammam, Emre came up to us every day, greeted us, asked if we were satisfied with everything, how the day went. It was actually pleasant, there was a feeling that no one here cares how you relax, whether there are any problems or questions. . . Everything could be asked from Emre, he could tell us everything that interested us. I don't know what his position was called. . . Maybe something like a sales manager for a hammam and excursions (he also offered any excursions). Moreover, when I told him that we were leaving tomorrow, and the transfer bus would come for us at 19:30, and we had to check out at 12:00, that is, I don’t know where we and my 13-year-old daughter could spend half a day, then Emre readily invited to come to the hammam, which is located in the basement. There you can take a shower after the sea, and change clothes, even promised to give towels just like that, so that we would not carry ours wet. At first, I was even very happy with his proposal, but then we were invited to our room by people whom we met on vacation, and the issue was settled. Truly, in the hotel we met only nice people, which will be remembered for a very long time! In general, our week-long vacation in Kemer was just wonderful. I regret that we only went for 1 week, we had little time, we didn’t see much. . . But now, next time we will go the already beaten path! Thank you Mr. Crane Hotel for a wonderful stay!! !
